I'm having the same issue. The wires that are in that white connector are located in the cars harness with 20 little pins and 4 big pins. I looked up "2015 forte uvo wiring diagram" to find what I needed. Did you get the steering wheel controls to work? I can't seem to get those to work at all.
It’s disappointing they don’t include the camera harness. Usually they do, don’t know why they stop that now. You can buy the harness separate. Everything turn to shit these recent years.

My Kia Forte 2015 came with camera but I don’t have that white socket with 4 cables

I'm just ended returning the radio.. you can add the steering in the settings but just works 1 function at the time... Big waste of time
