i mean, all does engi do is sometimes put a spawnpoint (which doesn't worth anything because it has to be 1 continent away from the point and if someone other put a spawn down, good luck finding another spot) and it can put down a 1 round/mag AA (and i only played against like 2 planes), so the most useful shit it has is the AT gun, but even that's usually unuseable unless there's one bottleneck with no way around the whole map
@@dsm9263 i guess nobody actully wants to make the rally point it takes time still even with the max fast building perk ect and max resources or unless the increase the Xp gains from rally point uses it would give a incentive to build rallies this it would make it more engaging more players wanting easy points and for those that always make rally point they're efforts wont go in vain even if they constantly loose matches and are usually in the top 4 due to having 1 rally per zone (defend/attack)
@zarandadam1718 on defense you can have certain points on full lockdown, while on attack its opens up possibilities for flank attacks and AT gun spam of the point and removing tanks while at it. Not to mention Engi still can just go and play like a normal assaulter. Engi can solve any problem you have at hand.
Heres a tip. Lock V to shot and you will mark where the enemy is. Your squad bots pay attention to marked targets, and it helps the air support and tanks. It is a combined arms game.

As someone who has been playing enlisted for...uhhm......farr too long lol, im glad that it is getting some recognition that it deserves, as people tend to only focus on the fact that it is a gaijn game, and therefore is not worth your time due to that. sure the game has many, MANY things that need improving but im happy that someone has seen its potential 😎

I would highly recommend this game. I have found that the unlock speed can be a bit slow at the beginning but picks up once you have leveled up your squads and weapons. It is best to focus on one faction and get the squads you like set up.
Finally someone else recognises the power of the barbed wire tank trap combo, works really good for blocking off entry points, and you can leave one “empty” but with a machine gun placement behind it. What I like to do is put a sandbag wall in front of the machine gun placement so that it can’t be destroyed with explosion packs as easily.
Damn I`m so glad to see that somebody is finally talking about the Enlisted. I loved playing it with my friends when it just came out, especcialy for engineers on a map where a point is just a small bunker, it was so much fun that I`m getting nostalgic from this memories now
Its so good and refreshing to see one of these sponsor videos where the player actually identifies the power of the rally point. One tip. You placed a rally point in the corner at 14:00 . The ghost animation for the rally point before you start building has an arrow. this arrow points in the direction the spawn will face when it is used. You can rotate this by using reload key, that way when your team spawns in, they arent facing a corner. Great vid and glad to see Enlisted getting more visibility. Been playing 3.5 years myself and absolutely love it.
as an experienced player, I can say that those who play the game the way they play real tactical games only ruin matches and spoil the true gaming experience, which is closer to call of duty than to arm or squad

Despite all the hate this game gets, i honestly think its one of the best shooters just for the playstyle, you dont have to use crazy techniques and everything, you can use real war tactics and still get a good run and that makes it immersive
I did try this game, It wasnt terrible there are better games that do it. With the squad mechanic I would of hoped there would be more on the battlefield as they are technically AI. As a free game its great but think how chaotic and fun it would be if you were storming the beach with 100s of units instead of 20-30. Also these games would be way better when AI is improved and acts like a real player instead of being in the middle of a road crouched waiting for you to move up to follow.

very nice video, but i advice that on minute @7:21 you press 2 so u get on the gunner seat and not the commander, this way, firstly, u can zoom with right click, and secondly, u can see the marker turning green if it will penetrate the enemy tank, and red when it wont do shitt :) good luck
@@warfrags another advice would be about blocking the entrances of a point. u need to have a lot of anti personal mines, place them outside the doors, then build your barbed wires, then build sandbags inside so u or your allies dont get hooked in the barbed wires while trying to look outside and shoot, also it is another layer of defense anyways. i usually have a full squad of engineers, they have have fast building and more material perks, they all have anti personel mines and i choose them once our point is taken so i spawn back at the next point and quickly set up as i said above. very effective defending. u need to keep visiting your defenses to renew and place new ap mines ;)
if i have the time to finish the setup, i left the left over of the engineers who have meterial left to go outside and spam extra barbed wires in layers to make it impossible :D but anyways it is an essential group of defense: ap mine then barbed wire, then sandbag and hedgehogs too. try to place the hedge hogs by rotating them in a way they really bock the doors from isndie, rotate with R, also use R to let your rallies be built looking where it should, coz u spawn on rallies looking where u were looking as u built them, if understand what i mean
Some tips if you are planning to play more: don’t bring a Pz. IV E to BR V, you will go boom from a Russian 85mm going straight into your ammo Don’t use bolt actions (unless it’s a sniper) or semiautomatics at BR V, they are outclassed completely
For the tank clip, go into the gunner seat where you can get a penetration indicator. Also you can use grenades too. Cook them then throw them into the halls to net a ton of kills. You can also shoot down build MG nests with a few shots.

Make use of your engeneer class - build rally points, ammo boxes, MGs and defences especially while defending an objective! Engeneers are a CORE of the game and not just another shooting Rambos. 2. USE THOSE TAGS! - Let your team know where you saw an enemy (especially tank) but also TAGS FOCUSES YOUR SQUAD'S BOTS! This is NOT A SINGLE PLAYER GAME, COOPERATE! This actually goes for any communictations as well. 3. Don't just run around hunting for as many kills as possible, leaving the objective to be captured etc. OBJECTIVE is really selfexplanatory and crucial to win, therfore get 1.5x points. Often I see people everywhere on the map but not one or just one on the objective! IF YOU WANT TO CHECK OUT MY VIDS FEEL FREE, BUT I JUST STARTED! MERRY X-MAS & A HAPPY NEW YEAR!😉
When building barbwire in big door ways, it's good to build sandbags. Behind the wire so you have more protection when shooting back, explosions, and makes it harder for them to get through it.

I love enlisted, but sometimes it feels like most of the times if you don't pay you get stuck for months. I used to play this game all the time and it was cool, but the fact that with a free account you only get 4 squads (if i remember you can buy them with gold), the weapon research it's VERY slow at the point that i used for 4 months straight the same weapons, soldiers are very hard to get and it's a pain to upgrade your squad. The matches feel good, but the fact that sometimes 1000 manpower doesn't seem enough, like i remember a lot of matches where we got spawn killed a lot, and the enemy was much much better than us, and like that we got to 100 manpower left without any progress. These are my thoughts, but yeah i still think that Enlisted is a solid option when it comes to free WW2 games that are like Squad44.

I want to like Enlisted but the complete lack of teamwork in most games, plus losing games because your entire team just wants to camp outside a cap zone and play sniper. Combine that with the atrocious AI that bugs out and essentially serves the same purpose mobs do in MOBAs: They do nothing but make bad players feel like they're contributing.
Damm this was literally uploaded like an hour after i went back to playing enlisted. All i can say about it is to not expect to unlock anything very fast, and its pretty tedious to change what kind of squad you use. Hell let loose is alot better but its still worth playing as a free-to-play
The grind in this game is awful at every step of the way. The devs are mega greedy. Not to mention tanks are over powered like crazy. I didn't expect you would find this game interesting. I respect the fact you gave it a real try, but I would stay away from now on

enlisted has pretty good mechanics but bots are ruining the fun. When I tried playing this, there would be tens of bots on the server and just few players. I don't see appeal in that
