Going Home to Bukavu 20+ Years Later

Last year I went back home to Bukavu after 20+ years. What I saw was painful, beautiful, and re-affirmed my vision for the next 5 generations. At the end of this video, I meet my grandfather and learn about 3-4 generations before him.
Bukavu is located on the Eastern part of Democratic Republic of Congo. Congo’s history is rich and dramatic. Its future is bright, as humanity hopefully puts an end to violence, greed, and hatred for itself and for nature.
