I lived at 52 Wellington Avenue, Short Hills from 9 / 93 through 6 / 2002. Purchased my home for $ 308,000 ; sold at $ 595,000 9 . 5 yrs. later. According to Zillow now; my old home could be sold for the asking price of $ 1,200,000 ! ? ? ?

By coincidence; my wife got a job at Eastern Michigan University so we moved to a S.W. suburb of the college; took our profit and brought a bigger home , much bigger lot .72. acre , home is now at 3,400 sq. foot, 6 bedrooms & 3 .5 baths. We made some demolition & new larger improvements to the kitchen shell & cabinets , then turned our7 yr.old pergola into a four season " sun room " ( 18 ' X 23 " with a 9 ' ceiling ) facing S.W. . The combo ^ ' foot Pella tall widows plus a 10 inch transom widow above these windows gives us plenty of sunshine ! Google up my home here ikn Tecumseh, Mi. at 805 North Union St. 49286 . Moving away from any coast ; the homes & propery is much , much cheaper.@@Jeff-Suburbs-of-NYC

Pella windows are six feet tall. Zillow has pictures from 2016 when it was advertised for rent; we moved to Little Rock , Ar. for 5 years ; wife got a new job at U.A. M.S. ; Little Rock. We moved back by July of 2019. We met our two most immediate neighbors who are still there near 52 Wellington.We had dinner at Enzzo's tTattoria on Millburn Ave. ; Short Hills last July.
