Camera man is dumb. Pans up after the explosions. Would've loved to see that rainbow explode into place but he only pans up after the explosion. Next time don't film the ground; keep your eyes on the sky.

There has to be a professinal video of this event somewhere? I mean thats just awesome! Someone had to have filmed it with something else then a phone... And maybe from a distance that captures the entire show.
I was in Doha on this day, and the first I heard of the display was after it happened, in Al Jazeera. my wife even knew the curator at the Museum of Modern Art in Doha, and no-one mentioned this to us until after the event. But that is just Doha
@motslaps A lot of them were actually on the ground. He did pretty good for as dynamic a display as this was. Come on, cut him a break. I'm sure I would have been a little confused on where to point the thing unless I was part of the crew. Great display though wasn't it? Especially those lampares @ 1:08 or so. That salute ring was great. Glad to see that concept taken to display.
Anyone know if he still uses Magic Fire ematches? They are really cool. Also check out his video of the White Tornado done in DC a couple years back. Got the vid somewhere.

Cai Guo-Qiang is an amazing artist. Please, everyone, at least Google him. He does all sorts of installation work which is absolutely amazing!
