    Guest Claire Hart was another fantastic choice for a guest-- I learned SO much during this segment. These 25-30 minute segments are GREAT !!

    Loved the guest. But how could you leave SCHD off your list of ETFs to consider? .36% lower expense ratio than NOBL for example.

    Ms. Mack, for many years, you have given the opportunity for a sound education and I am most grateful for your efforts.

    Dividends are a great way to cover expenses and bills during good times and bad.

    Great show, nice to hear what she thinks.

    If you know a little physics, you know 2nd law of thermodynamics. You cannot get something from nothing. She sounds like getting hydrogen from natural gas will not cost anything (you make new energy from spending no extra energy). What a salesman? CO2 sequestration refers to extract CO2 and bury back to ground like ancient time, it is an expensive energy consuming process.

    Interesting guest. I like her take on specifically picking companies NOT profiting from covid because they were ignored by the market.

    NOBL is always reliable. Great interview that hit all the important points.

    XOM was in the middle of big development projects when Wall Street decided that they knew better how to run the company and decided capital returns was more important than production maintenance/growth. All COP had going on was some mediocre Eagleford development available. So her comments are right for the wrong reasons.

    Skeptical about the returns on this fund going forward. With high yields looking as better returns.

    Very impressive fund manager. Learned a lot listening to Claire Hart. A pity that sterling is so low or I would definitely invest some money in her fund.

    It is a great environment for young investors who still save and invest. A deflation of asset prices is exactly what you need when you work, save and invest.

      Kessler is a tape recorder. He says the same thing, Treasuries, no matter what. Whether he is wrong or not, depends on WHEN the interviewer book him.

    Great correction by Consuelo - 250 basis pts is only 2.5% - don’t let these pros confuse common people with financial lingo

    • @ggttuuxx
      @ggttuuxx ปีที่แล้ว

      She wasn't trying to confuse anyone. If you're trying to learn investing, you should learn the lingo. In her World, a manager who can consistently deliver a 100bp annual performance is a very big deal. Try to understand and learn.

    • @filippxx
      @filippxx ปีที่แล้ว

      All professionals speak in their daily work about basis pts, you can't change lingo just because you have a 20 min interview.
