@@sportscontent3867 make sure u try to hold it down, and hold the side button as well, if u have a newer console I suggest looking up a video for newer consoles ( Xbox series X/S )

My sync button must be broken because no matter how many times I press it it doesn’t work. Also plugging the controller directly into the system via cable also keeps the controller in pairing mode. Wtf man
