Hi,
They find a piece of glass leads to pericardial effusion, but why is the echo normal?
What I learned is that if there is a pericardial effusion, it can be easily diagnosed by echo, right?

Actually, that’s a great question. I would think that the echo should show the effusion regardless of the cause 🤔. Hmm…
