We have a distribution business in a residential area also our rental agreement is commercial agreement but now few neighbors having issue with heavy vehicle movement in the area, this area also have few more commercial establishments where only bike and all movement happening. So can we have any right to oppose them coz we have done commercial agreement and our vehicle movement is not on daily basis it's just the jealousy issue which I feel creating this issue.
No not at all . In residence building if society having problems then we have to stop even you have done agreement with commercial. To solve this problem pl ask chaiman to solve your issue because only they have given permission

My neighbor us having a halwai shop near the end of our gali but they live in a house front of us they made a godown in the ground floor they do all the shop work from here making all festival sweets producing so many heat and aroma of the foods for the shops they even do catering business for that too they made all food from here and after coming back from the functions at late night they disturb us by unloading the material hussles of employees what should we do as most of the people in our area live in first floor so they dont get much bother about it but we are the one living in ground floor directly contact with all these practice heat dust aroma noise all of that they dont have any license or anything i guess where we can complaint against them or what s we can do to stop them

@@BMInfoguide Sir it's totally a nuisance. We don't have space of parking now. Because of 50 students cycle, vehicles. And not only the owner of that house does business . They have given employment of 4-5 teachers. In society of 2 bhk flats. Just think 2 bhk flat. 50 students 4 teachers and there are 12 flat in one block. So because of them we can't able to keep our vehicles. Because of them whole day people come and go. 50 students and their parents everyday. So because of them my mom cant sleep she is senior citizen. So I will complain and close their business.
