Hello ma'am it's very helpful, however if anyone is asking for NOC for tuition classes which are the strength of approx 50-60 students then how can we calculate extra maintenance for Lift , security and water service?

How come Society can issue NOC if commercial use of housing society is not allowed ???

Society may not allow you to do any event business in their premises. In case any society having commercial complex or Gala then may they allow to do it

Actually no. Because it's illegal to use your parking for any commercial purpose.
