Opening September 2023, Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC) is your new destination for arts and culture in Lower Manhattan. As the final piece of the plan to rebuild the World Trade Center Campus, PAC NYC exists to help artists stretch their creative vision through our flexible spaces via moving walls and flooring and lack of fixed seating, giving them over 60 different stage and seating configurations for their art to come to life.

The restaurant's outdoor seating area is almost exactly where the original 7WTC plaza was-that'll be the highlight for me.

Notice the heads and faces and torsos that run up the center of the exterior gold wall. Looks like a Goat (Baphomet?) or ancient Asian emperor. Subliminal message? Weird.
