Was going to comment on how the use no sealant in the joints and frigging nail gun the outer plates on, then I realised thermal insulation is prolly not that much of an issue in Aussie Town.
I used to work in aluminium fabric for more than 15 years before moving here in Australia, when I moved here and realised that the nz aluminium profile is way better than Australia fabric, everything in here are rubbish
