WOW, wow, JUST WOW !!! When that final shot walking around the plants and it’s revealed as you approach !! Golly gosh, a whole new perspective. The congregation are going to love this. Watching these mosaics grow and develop over the months has been such an inspiration, thank you for sharing. Can’t wait to see no 3 !!

So fascinating to see how you install. I really appreciate being able to see this process as I wondered how installing on a curve would be and I wondered about it slipping. One imagines what it is like but to see it for real gives a better appreciation of what it takes. It is beautiful up! Thanks so much for sharing the entire journey.
It was so nice to have Russell help! He took care of mixing the thinset just right, prepping the surface, spreading it, and attaching everything securely. Then while I went in and did detail work, he cleaned up his mess. It went pretty smoothly!

Hey Peter! Thanks for watching. The installer was great - took care of all the messy thinset. I basically handed him the pieces and worked on the details.
Absolutely beautiful I love how detailed it looks it was hard to imagine how it would when it was on a curved surface but I think it looks fantastic. Will you be able to install the second one before the cooler weather comes I think it would be disappointing for you if you had to wait till spring but I’m sure it will all work out. Thank you for sharing your beautiful work with all us I’m unlikely to get to see it in person but I can admire it from Australia
Thank you! It depends on the weather. The grout has a tight temperature window for installation. Hopefully I'll be able to install before winter. We'll see!
So incredible! Watching you work on the grouting OMG! How long did it take you to grout it? I still do not like to grout. Peter from Treasury Road loves to grout, but I don't get it. Beautiful work!
It took about 4 hours start to finish. I had set up and tear down, I was recording flowers and other B-roll stuff, I cut my hand, had to park a bit further away, etc. Probably the grout time itself was about 2 1/2 hours.
