It’s been brought to my attention that I improperly used the term “minus”, instead of using “negative”. I’m truly sorry if that’s offensive to you.
(I was freezing to death in sub zero temperatures, risking life and limb to get this video done and my brain must have frozen a bit...because I actually do say negative in normal situations 😆 )
So. Be warned: if you are easily offended by the wrong terms used by a women freezing in the Montana winter to get you really important information about goats in NEGATIVE temperatures...please, save yourself the misery and don’t watch.
But if you can look past my faux pas of using this wrong term, I hope the other information is valuable and worthwhile.
    Enjoy! 😊
    Or don’t.
    I don’t mind either way. 😁

I live in Quebec and we have similar weather as you do in Montana, Tho, we have quite a bit of snow here. Maybe 3 foot or so per winter. Average temp in winter is about -11 but it can dip to or close to -30C at times. I am new to goat and i have 2 females Nubian and 1 billy goat!

I keep my Goats disease-free by the use of wood turpentine .. but they are pretty strict protocols that need to be followed when consuming turpentine, ...The number one reason for disease is intestinal parasites, (that goes for both men and animals)..I advise you to get on the Facebook groups where they teach About wood turpentine .Unfortunately for some of you folks All the information in the Facebook groups is exclusively in Spanish, and the reason is because that cartel called the food and drug administration Will not allow you do have access do that kind of knowledge, they desperately want you to keep your ignorant and spend your money on expensive medicines ... The word for wood turpentine in Spanish is (Trementina) The group I recommend is called (trementina en animales)... but they (all those groups)are all good, and their members are very knowledgeable.. God bless..

If it's so cold there why are you not wearing a hat and why do you take your gloves off to work your phone

    • @DelcifromALifeofHeritage
      @DelcifromALifeofHeritage  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

Are you doubting me and saying I’m lying? Lol
I showed my phone with the temp on it. Go in and pause the frame. Can you not see my frozen breath also? I could have recorded this same video a week ago in the cold snap we just had.
And I recorded this as quickly as possible because my fingers and nose and toes were about to break off. EVEN WITH my gloves on.
Two things come to mind Mr. Charmer.
      1. You are a man and have no idea how hair affects hats. And how insulating hair is. Especially a thick mop of red hair.
      2. You don’t have a smart phone and don’t realize that a smart phone doesn’t work with gloves on. And I wanted to show how cold it was.
      3. Wait. THREE things. You must not live in Montana or a cold climate. Why would you doubt that it’s cold during the month I filmed and uploaded this?
Sorry, more things keep coming to mind. In a recent video, we finished roofing a barn we have. And we did it in a snow storm. And gloves make working hard. But you can’t be a weenie when living in cold climates because you just have to get the job done, gloves or no gloves.
But thanks for the engagement on my video though! I hope you have a great day and stay warm!
