That email could have totally been from me. The first part was everything I want to say as well. The second part not so much because we don't have goats... YET. 😉 But thanks binge watching your goat playlist, I am starting to feel prepared and less overwhelmed by it all. So thank you! ❤️

I've been meaning to take the time and write a BIG THANK YOU for your videos! I'm watching them all the time now and learning so much! Thank you for the high quality videos you have created. Hoping to get some girls in Spring of 2023 if I can get my place ready in time. I will have learned so much from you by then!! I had four wethers many years ago and they were just THE BEST. It is a big learning curve to go from wethers to dairy goats! I have missed goats over the years and get my fix by offering to trim hooves. It's a great way to make farm friends! Do you have a Patreon or something like that? I will definitely be ordering the goat binder but would love to contribute for all this free information. Hope your summer isn't too terribly hot. Thanks again from Portland, Oregon.

How exciting that you will be getting dairy goats! They are the best and I’m excited for you!
I don’t have Patreon but it will be so wonderful to get my goat binder into your hands 😊

I am so glad you share all of your knowledge with us goat lovers. This is a very scary time we are in right now and you are helping us all be prepared and I can't thank you enough. Also, on a funny note, re-watch this video at the 6:14/16 mark and see your little visitor on your right hand side right under the 2x4, lol Stay safe and thanks again.

I think quite a few of these items are by vet prescription only. We don’t have any goats vets here and the other vets refuse to prescribe anything for us homesteaders who have goats and need to do things on our own. It is very frustrating.

You said you raised lamb... do you have info on sheep like you do goats? Or can you do a video that goes over the diffeances between goats and sheep and how you do that safely... i have sheep and goat, and i want to use a base feed that meets the needs of both, and then add in what the goats need extra... i know copper is an issue....

I know I need banamine for fever and nuflor gold or excenel rtu on hand but my vet will not give a prescription for a bottle. They want me to bring in a sick goat first then they give me exactly enough for 1 goat based on body weight.
I keep biomycin on hand for pneumonia or colds/wet coughs. It's the only thing I could find OTC that is for pneumonia. I keep all OTC items you showed and a few others. Just wish I could get banamine, Nuflor and epinephrine.

If I can only afford a few items for my emergency kit at a time, what 5 or so essential items should I get first? Then I can add a couple items to my emergency kit every payday after that. Thanks in advance.

This is a really good question!
      1. Thermometer (your first action to take with a sick goat is to take their temperature)
      2. Fortified Vitamin B (given when a goat is sick and their rumen isn't functioning properly)
      3. Nutridrench (given to a sick goat to give them a nutrient boost)
      4. A few bandages, wraps and gauze and healing ointment (just in case of a bodily injury)
      5. Needles and variety of syringe sizes.
That would be a good start! And then keep building from there!

      I’m so sorry!!
The company I got them from shut down all “non essential” business because of the virus. So I can’t get them 🙄
I hope you’ve enjoyed your binder and bonuses though! 😊
