    Why do you water bathe the vessels? Do you use regular water or distilled water? Thank you

      I just use tap water when I do a water bath. I was water bathing because in my opinion and testing it helped to spot any hairline cracks and seemed to strengthen my vessels. However now I only water bathe light colored or already spotty vessels. I don’t like the discoloration from the bath and now allow 5 days before sealing.

    Do you water bath right after remolding? I see mixed reviews on water baths

    • @thetipsycandle
      @thetipsycandle  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes I water bathe right after de molding. However I haven’t water bathed with my recent batches of dark vessels. And I’m considering stopping the bathes

    I have the molds from Amazon as well and I cut some of the silicone off the bottom and now it is not a struggle for me to unmold my vessels.

      I did the same after I read someone else cut that lip off and it wasn’t as much of a struggle but it was still quite rough on my fingers 😆

    How much do you sell the large 25oz double-wicked candle? Do you mind my asking? I just started making concrete vessels so just curious. Thanks

    Can I ask where you get your wooden wicks? They can be really expensive.
