I have the 1up Big Blue and an unbuilt SFII deluxe and they are both supposed to be softmoddable but we can’t get mods to work on big blue: I could add Alpha 1 and 2 and save some money. Or, make a modded cab with a PS2 and X-Arcade stick with the Alpha games.
Is Capcom possible? I would say more than possible, I would say LIKELY. Capcom will put their name on anything. If someone said "hey we have an idea for Chun Li branded tampons" you can bet a week later they would exist.
