Will I need to adjust my tune if I install your 90mm throttle body on my 2006 charger srt8. I have a full exhaust and a CAI with the diablo tune for my car hope to get feedback.
Can someone explain to me why cars are always -100 hp on the dyno test. It's rated as 470hp but always super low on the dyno's. Is it because of weight?
It's because that's engine rated HP. It takes power to turn the transmission and every part all the way to the tires. Dyno estimates power at the tires.
Its not 100 hp loss on these cars. This is not the 6.4 392 hemi challenger. IT is the older srt with 435 crank hp 6.1l How do I know this, they showed the motor and that is definitely the 6.1 and not the 6.4

Jesse Galarza to be sure - we would recommend a call to your tuner - the 90mm is a bigger TB and may require additional tuning to optimize HP
Thankd for the feedback I will
Very nice bang for the buck right there.
I have a 2012 challenger 5.7.
I have ported heads, 274 cam, headers. would a 90mm tb help with performance with these list of mods

Drivetrain loss. By the time the power leaves the motor gets transfered through the trans diff and wheels it will loose power.
***** thx
