These are so adorable! Thank you Ellen for everything you do for us! Your skin is fabulous by the way! I think your aging backwards! You still look like a young girl! Wow!
You have been such an inspiration to me. I started making soaps last year for fun and give them to my, most of my recipes are from you. You should be a speaker for beginners. You are my favorite. Have a wonderful year.
Ellen, these carrots are so cute, I love how they turned out, adorable❤❤❤ Thank you very much for another amazing video. You are the best!!! God bless you
Mmm I'm seeing palm kernel oil for the first time. Palm kernel oil is made in Ghana in WEST Africa but, some people call it Batana oil. I personally sell that too. It really makes great soaps. We use that for so many soaps and body butters. But, I didn't know it has been turned into flakes. I love the carrots on the bars. Thanks for this video.
Hi Ellen! I love the rich colors. Thank you for the recipe. I can’t wait to try it. I’m going to use some rice bran oil and goats milk. I’ll let you know how it goes. Much love to you ❤
Love this video. I want to start soaping at a cooler temp, and I noticed you melted hard oils and then added liquid oils. I think that would decrease the temp of oils faster. I always learn something. I did make Apple Sage soap and the fragrance does not discolor. I added natural applesauce baby food. Boy, did my bars get dark. As soon as I added the lye to the oils with the applesauce, it really turned dark. Interesting. I use that fragrance a lot, and it has never discolored. Thanks for your videos. They are very informative. Love the carrot soap.
Can't wait to try this recipe. I have palm kernel flakes to use up myself. Question about the palm kernel flakes. Is it the same as palm oil listed in recipes? BTW, love your music selection in your video!
I think you did amazing at those adorable carrots❣️ I tried piping once and whewwwwwie! Mine was like 10 miles of BAD ROAD!😂 I have been wondering how your hubby is doing. I am lifting him and you in prayer, daily.
These are so awesome Ellen!! I love watching your videos and have learned so much from you! I love your recipes that use tallow, that's my jam! I'm new at soap making and want to purchase a multi bar cutter - I'm undecided on if I want 1 inch or 1 1/8 inch. So my question is, what size do you cut your bars at?
IA week ago I tried pumpkin puree and beer in my soap. The puree was awesome but I some volcanic activity with the beer😅. But I will not let that discourage me. I will preserve!!!!!! I always have a great time watching your videos. Thank you Ellen
Since you always make me laugh, I decided to pay it back to you: I wanted to cook something off of a recipe, and I converted it from customary to grams (or so I thought). I wondered why it wasn't coming together, and I tried to cook this multible times. Turns out, that I had memorized it wrong. My memorie told me that 1 oz are 113 grams, while in reality, 113 gramms are 4 oz! I still laugh about myselve 🤣🤣🤣
Adorable. Question. I went to get my soap ready to wrap only to find is like sweating oil on the outside if that makes sense. It's been 5 weeks curing. Does humidity have anything to do with this? Have you ever experienced this? Well it stop in time? I used your recipes. Have all the right equipment
I'm assuming you're talking about a CP soap? My first thought is, what was your SF, and yes humidity is a factor. I keep a large dehumidifier in my soaping studio.

Apple Sage sounds like a fabulous scent! where did you get it from?
I get it from Bramble Berry, and it is a favorite among family & friends. It behaves well.
Love the carrots. Very realistic
Thanks so much 😊
Simplemente hermoso 👌🏼
I really enjoyed this video!! Awesome 🎉
Glad you enjoyed it!🥕
I love those carrots!! They are so cute!!❤
Thanks🥕
Love it ❤
Thanks🥕
This was definitely a color morph moment. I still turned out great.
Thanks🤎
I make goat milk soap. I never let soap with milk in it go through gel phase. That might be why it cracked. Just a thought. Love your soap!
🥕🥕❤❤ I’m going to try this recipe and let you know how it goes
I've been so happy with it🤎
@ 🤎 this good to know I might gifted them
Can't wait to try this recipe. I have palm kernel flakes to use up myself. Question about the palm kernel flakes. Is it the same as palm oil listed in recipes? BTW, love your music selection in your video!
Palm kernel flakes and palm oil have a slightly different fatty acid makeup, so they are a tad different on soap calc.
@EllenRuthSoap Thank you!
I love your fat little carrots. 😊 Great job! Those flowers are nice too! Thanks again for sharing. ❤️🐝
Thanks🥕🤎
You’re most welcome. 🥰
I use the heat transfer method to melt my hard oils. Works out for me 😊
Good to know🤎
❤❤❤to cute❤❤❤
Thank you🥕

Yes, don't give up🤎
Did you let the beer go flat, or boil out the alcohol?
@@roxaneevans1187 I do boil my beer to remove the alcohol.

I'll have to turn the dehumidifier on in my room .
I was looking for soap to buy but can not find anything. thanks
would titanium dioxide make it more lighter?
Yes, I think it would have helped🤎
