When i plan on drawing my ideas went away so then i didnt feel like drawing but then i have another idea but it went away again haha XD
Sometimes I dont feel motivated but I just make myself remember what I learned from you :)
I used to always make these emotionlessly happy people with no feeling, then just blew up and started making everything about how I really feel x3

@@jay.theoutsider I will get a new Computer for Christmas. My old one doesn't work anymore. Then I have to spend money for my cats vet so i wont get a Tablet anytime soon xD

Honestly, I was really never motivated to do art until I started watching your videos! I really like your art style, and I want to be able to draw just as good as you, so I’ve started to practice more. So thank you for being a great inspiration!

I’ve been really demotivated lately. This girl from my class started art about six months ago. She wasn’t very good then but she practised every lunch time and is really good now. I have been drawing in all my spare time at home for two years and I’m improving very slowly

OMG thx for posting this video! I always feel unmotivated at time when i dont want to draw or when im in a bad mood.
I've been trying to teach myself how to draw for a few years, but I never practiced because I always felt like practicing is more like a chore than a hobby. However, one of my New Year's resolutions is to finally stop procrastinating and start drawing. In fact, yesterday I was trying to draw a sphere and I remember feeling excited about drawing and learning more. I'm so glad I found your video, I can tell your advice is gonna help me a lot, thank you :3

Wow! Amazing video! Being hungry sometimes is a huge factor for me-it's when I get the most anxious about art. I also like to do drawing challenges and following drawing prompts-that way I know what to draw when I sit down to draw! Great video!

I think there are different things that motivate different people. For me, all my motivation has always came from music, and memories from the past. Most of my inspiration for pictures has come from that but also however I'm feeling at the time! I usually just draw whatever I see in my mind. For me music is the most helpful. If I can feel the emotions and the story being told in the music, it helps me not only make a neat drawing but put in a little hidden story in it which I really love to do. The words and instruments or the sounds at all make small pictures in my head, they only start small but then as I draw they grow and the more I draw the more afraid I get that I'm going to ruin the picture somehow but at the same time, I get more motivated and feel more determined then ever to at least finish the picture! It doesn't NEED to be good, I just WANT it to. What matters is that I finish what I started.

Same here for both me drawing and making videos I have to listen to music and only 2 specific songs work for me (either Doll and Left Eye or Ghost Rule) but then there are times when I'm motivated to make something and in between I'd take little 10 minute to 1 hour breaks and watch other memes but the song for that meme would make me want to make that meme instead and it would happen over and over (I'm also the type of person who hates doing anything unrelated to what I'm working on when taking mini breaks)
This really helps me a lot even though i'm late, but this helps me because i always feel like i cant draw because of random things like my mood, or whatever, this really helps me!

I just watched your inktober sketchbook tour and I now have some more motivation to draw! My channel has been dead for quite a few weeks because I haven’t been motivated to draw/edit. So thank you! I also think that I don’t have motivation because of the fact that I know I can’t draw something like creases or wrinkles so yeah

Being too busy affects it as well.
I found having to get a full-time job really got me back on the path to wanting to draw every day again. I spent so many days over the past few months doing menial tasks and my head was empty to think of all sorts of ideas and grow inspiration. But. Then when I came home from work, which was a manual labor job, I was always too exhausted. I only had time and energy on weekends. It started to affect my mood and mentality and I grew very frustrated and even angry at times. I lost my job so now I’m drawing every day again, but now I have to find another, ahaha. The joys of being an adult without a higher education.
This is probably really random, but sometimes I feel really demotivated to make art until I actually sit down to do it. Something about putting on my glasses, putting on my drawing glove and booting up my drawing tablet almost always motivates me to work

For the past few weeks ive been without inspiration and that makes me really sad because i really wanna draw what i imagine in my head. But i noticed that i guess school gets me really stressed, and yeah, in class i get a lot of inspiration and my friend helped me improve a lot. Other thing is my mood has changed a lot and the things i draw are sad or gore and i dont like that. Or the fact that i dont have enough supplies that i want makes me upset because i wanna try drawing with different things. Sometimes i get tired that my art looks the same, or maybe seeing peoples other art makes me worse. I want to make new challenges now, but i know i cant force myself so i will try to go slow by now.
