For those who are wondering about what happened with the model, Channel 4 did an update to this video and interviewed the model falling down (At the time of that interview, both newscasters Jim Vance and George Michael had passed). She was unaware of the video for quite some time (she’s Polish and didn’t live in the U.S.). She was upset and cried once she got backstage, but the designer consoled her and she continued on with a successful modeling career. she watched the clip of her falling and said she was happy something good came out of a bad situation and that she could make people laugh. This by far is the funniest news clip I’ve ever seen and watch it daily just to smile and laugh.

Yeh, this is pretty old. George Michael died in 2009. Do you remember when they cut to Jim Vance during 10:00 program for 11 News highlights, and he was sound asleep? Several times. I think he took a leave of absence shortly after that. George Michael was a great guy. He retired, rather than having several on his staff laid off. He jump started a lot of careers, Lindsay Czarniak, Wilbon, Kornheiser.

👌 Yeah, and you also may have noticed that @0:48 George Michael responded to the female anchor by saying, "hey, first of all baby......" today, such a term would be considered to be too "over familiar/unprofessional" for the apparently "antiseptic corporate environment" even though the female anchor clearly took no offense by being referred to as such, and thus, he would be expected to apologize for an "offense" not intended.
The female anchor said they were like 2 bad kids during the commercials

You ain't lying Sun! Especially because the clip of the model falling by itself takes a back seat to RIP Brahmans Jim Vance & George Michael laughter. Their reactions seal the deal. Without their banter, quips and laughter the clip is funny but they take it to hilarity. I'm sure many of us can relate to that type of laughter. It takes your breath away, you get a head rush, stomach tightens up and you are almost forced to stop laughing because the body simply can't take the pressure.
