    Napolitan Sauce Recipe for Home (enough for 6-8 pizzas):
    Ingredients:
    - 400 gram can of San Marzano tomatoes.
    - One teaspoon full of cooking/kosher salt.
    - One teaspoon full of dried oregano.
    - 5 or 6 fresh basil leaves.
    Method:
    - Put the tomatoes in a bowl and crush by hand.
    - Add the salt and oregano to the tomatoes.
    - Gently rub the basil leaves with your fingers to bruise the leaves.
    - Add the basil to the mixture.
    - Stir the mixture until well mixed.
    - Put aside for at least an hour and the sauce is ready to use.
    You can put the sauce in the fridge for a couple of days or you can freeze the sauce.
