是为了练习脚步和节奏，你看相同的动作，之后的练习中有加一次运球的，还有完全正常运球投篮或者上篮的

按照第一球走3步的节奏，横移两步后，不可能单脚拔起投篮，那不成了横移后撤两步的骑马射箭，必须下球。

He’s practicing footwork drills. If you ask anyone who’s played for a team these are the types of drills you do to improve your footwork.
