2023 National Games Women's Individual Road Race New Taipei City Team Record

- The National Games, as Taiwan's nationwide sporting event, not only plays a role in promoting sports competition across various regions but also serves as a platform to elevate athletes' skills and foster social cohesion. Athletes qualify for participation through selection competitions held in different counties and cities, making the National Games one of the highest-level sports events open to amateur participants in Taiwan. It provides a stage for athletes from all over Taiwan to showcase their abilities.
Starting from the Tainan City Government, the route is initially flat until reaching the Wushantou Reservoir, where athletes will encounter approximately 15km of hilly terrain, marking the first challenge. Surviving this section will lead back to a flat road until the final decisive climb at Huoshan Biyun Temple. The total distance is 156km, with an elevation gain of 1200m. Endurance and skill will be crucial for a chance to emerge victorious in the competition.
This time, participating in the event alongside the New Taipei team, we will provide a firsthand perspective from the team car, offering everyone a glimpse into the actual race conditions.
