Hi I keep getting a notice on my "Wireless network test results" it says my wireless radio is turned off.. WTHeck? I have been trying for tow years to connect to hp to get the insta ink and can not get hooked up to computer. I dont need it on my phone lol Help???

I cant get it to work either. I have literally tried everything and even tech support cannot help.
MY ISSUE AS WELL!! All we did was reset our router and now it says "radio is turned off" BUT IT ISN'T!!!
I’m almost a year and still can’t mine to go to my wifi and they have the worst tech support.
I switched to Epson ET printer.
