What an amazing trip! My wife used to scuba in Mulege when she was a little girl. Living in SoCal, Baja is such an easy adventure. I’m hoping I can talk my wife into getting a teardrop trailer to pull behind our two door Jeep rubicon. I love it that you two are the biggest critics of your own company. Mexico is so wonderful. You get to experience things in Mexico that you could never experience here in the US. Such as petting whales. That would never be allowed in the United States. I’m retiring in two years. Hopefully the wife and I can become customers. At the very least, I subscribed to your great channel. God bless
Great video, great content, Beautiful Scenery in Baja. Love your product, love tear drops in general. I have 2 favorite tear drops Vistabule and Bean. I'm glad to hear that Sweet Love is still in the air in Baja
great video! but I get the feeling that you penalize campsites like Punta Final and Bahia Concepcion for being remote and off the grid. anyway, Thanks for visiting Baja California. i’m glad you had a great time
Ratings are purely a matter of personal perspective and preference. I would have rated the first RV camp a 2 or 3 and the second camp, much more excluded and actually probably way safer due to that a BIG 5. When I traveled all the way down the east coast of baja solo in my 4wd toyota pickup with a shell some 40 years ago it was 90% deserted and absolutely beautiful. Even did over a hundred miles of dirt road right on the coast from somewhere south of La Paz to Cabo and saw no other people at all for over a week. Did see a few burned out shells of vehicles and every beach completely to myself. LOL all a matter of perspective. Back then you couldn't buy fish from the fishermen instead sharing conversation, smiles, and some beers and receiving out of kindness a nice fish or lobstereither then or the next day, at least that was my experience.
We all know that Baja never belongs to US, so to take back or buy back or whatever is impossible. But wished that Baja belongs to US then it would be one of the best place to visit in USA and in North America. I was in Riu palace Cabos last year, it was such a great experience. Wised US took the Baja before. Nice place to visit. Thanks.
I love the making sweet love in the bean comment and the conversation that came after about the activities it was engineered for lol. I can only imagine the R&D that went into that lol.
Rating a site lower because it is a longer drive from the border or because it is remote while on an “epic” adventure in Baja? We go there and beach camp because it is remote.
Looks like a great trip! Kiki’s is the home to our annual 4Lo Fiesta in October. I’m sure you met Canada Bruce there. Santispac is my absolute favorite area to beach camp.
I wish you had shown more or driving the roads you talked about. Seeing is believing. So beautiful. And oh my! the whales!! Question: is the shower enclosure a no shadow one. Like at night inside with a flashlight, do the people outside get a Vegas style dinner show?
Nice video enjoy the scenery. you took out three beans why didn’t take out the black Bean ?And see how well that did? And I noticed in one of your videos the door was open looks like you had Dust built up Around the opening. Anyway nice job keep up the work.
Wondering why you would knock points off for places that are remote. This is literally the point when seeking adventure. Get out of the comfort zone. I’ll be there Friday riding off-road for 2800 miles, no roads if possible. That’s the life.
Really came down to accessibility and being realistic for my perceived perspective for the average Baja road tripper. You're right though, it's all about the adventure so you gotta go see these spots for yourself! :)
I am glad that you find our videos informative. However, I am curious, is your statement that 'we should not drive on the beach' a universal rule or just your opinion? I find it interesting that people are so willing to dispense advice and past judgements('NOT COOL') on others activities given the relative lack of context in something like a TH-cam video. It seems like someone might want to know a). Is it legal to drive on the beach? b) are the locals okay with driving on the beach? c) are there camping sites where you have to drive on the beach to get to them? I knew the answers to all those questions before we drove on the beach. Do you?
@@mark-di5pf read your reply. My reason for comment is my opinion based on my belief that we are doing harm when we take vehicles anywhere we feel like going. Treating everything like a playground (for those with the means to do so). I have the same issue with car commercials that show vehicles offroad in beautiful wild places. I live near pismo beach. A legal beach vehicles drive on there is constant ongoing debate about recreation with motor vehicles on the dunes. My opinion is never to glorify this choice. I do understand some campground in mexico are right on the beach.
You guys got paid to travel and make a video about this bean camper? that's a nice gig ... I live in San Diego, the sea of Cortez is too hot and humid, the West coast of Baja is much cooler.

Thanks. I keep coming back to this video as a reminder of how awesome the trip was now that it is winter here in Salt lake City!
I'm from la paz, baja California Sur, México..... What a beautiful trip.... And Been trailer is awesome 👍
Glad you guys got to experience Baja. It's pretty amazing.
I feel like we barely experienced it. Next time we will take a month!
@@mark-di5pf I say I'm gonna stay longer next time all the time and I live just 1.5 hr from the border.

Thanks so much Bean Trailers for posting this trip to Baja. It was amazing.

Pretty much did that same trip but in the 1970's. You had it much easier than we did. Boy did we have fun.
"roads were tough in town, glad we had AWD"
the local with the Corolla: am i a joke to you?
...and the new slogan for Bean Trailers was born - There's nothing like doing IT in a Bean!
Amazing video, thanks for sharing this!
Mrs. Mark said it all. Being the owners, be tough on your critique of your product so nobody else has to.

Makes sense. I was trying to rate it for the average traveler/average setup.
Some people don't belong in Baja. Maybe they should have tested their junk in NYC.
Bonito video de la baja

funny! We did not opt for the flash light but the side task light on Bean did not silhouette us.
w/ your beans (no bathroom), 9 nights out in this beautiful area...where did you guys dispose of your #2?
Very nice

The white trailer you see pulled by the Land Rover is the Black Bean 2.0 prototype that we were testing in Baja.
Any chance on an A/C system coming soon as an add on?
Testing some options. No timeframe.
How did the bean handle the dessert heat in San Felipe without an ac unit?
We didn't need it, it cooled down quite a bit at night. Keep in mind we went back in March! :)
That's awesome! We can't wait to get our black bean!!! Btw... is there ac & tv options?
@@YesJefe AC is coming soon, we don't install TVs. We're excited for you, you're going to go on some amazing trips!
Where are the Bean purchase discount coupons for watching?
For the "Low Low" price of 30,000 US Dollars with no A/C a Bean trailer could be yours lol
San Felipe punta final Mulegé nice
Did you all have Meaner s ?
two Blacks and one Meaner
Any good pharmacias there ?
We did not check!

Why does Mexico have military checkpoints? They should have the same security as the USA. I am shocked these people were not abducted.
The gringos have just about destroyed the Beaches with their RVS
