Thanks! Replay crew 🐢 Also, it gets worse…TBs devices were not to be searched until a taint team was appointed to sift thru confidential correspondence w/ his atty at the time, Tim Bradl. He’s since added Mr. Bederow to the team- now aptly dubbed The K*ller B’s.
1:58:37 “When you say “you have my word on this as an officer of the court” is basically the lawyer equivalent of slapping your t*sticles on the table. Because if you say you are giving your word as an officer of the court and it turns out you are full of sh*t. That basically triggers consequences. You are potentially at risk of the court reaching over with a great big hammer and giving those balls a tap.” I love Runkle-isms. 😂😂😂 Also the chat. Chat: “play the bonk sound, Ian”.
I'm not a fan of turtle boy, but I think he was targeted by the Canton police and has continued to be targeted. Apparently there's someone way higher up. They're protecting than just the local PD
It reeks of corruption. Canton PD has little to do with him at this point. He has the full brunt of MA State Police and the Norfolk County DA coming down on him. Unfortunately this is just another sandal in a long line of scandals for the MA State police.
Just came to the comments to say that! She is gaining more subscribers and I hope this gives her more. What happened to those young girls was beyond disgusting, but Richard Allen deserves a fair and open trial. We cannot just count on the government to be fair. If Allen is guilty, he deserves much worst, but if he’s not, his treatment to this point is atrocious.
Your chat, as always, is on the ball, they've said it all, just wanted to add a thank you for your coverage. A lot of cases at the moment seem heavier than the ones I started watching lawfluencers on, so the variety is nice. And Andrea is a rock star (speakin' of heavy cases). (Also, nice to get to know RecoveryAddict a bit.)
Ouch. Dysgraphia is one of my strengths although the dyslexia counters it so, it’s absolutely like having a battle in my own brain. Thank you for sharing that. 😊
Ian…for future reference 😉 Stoughton sounds like st-oat-in Bradl sounds like ladle Belland sounds like bee-land And the Karen Read trial sounds like corruption 😮
This comment just made me realize that Ian totally missed the chance to use “Lally-gagging” instead of Lallying when talking about the Boone prosecutor’s opening.
I'm very disturbed by the Delphi case and how it’s been handled thus far by law enforcement, the prosecution, and the court. I cannot speak to the defendant's guilt or innocence at this time but I strongly fear that he is not getting a fair shake. The budding novelist in me has me wondering if there is some legal thriller-level conspiracy afoot a la John Grisham.
Agree. I thought he was guilty until hearing about the evidence - or lack thereof. They didn't test the sticks ON the girls for DNA or evidence? The hair found in the girl's hand remained untested until now? The dirt and pressed down grass going down to the creek was left unexamined??? No. They have the wrong guy.
Right after you said you had to put ads, it gave me an ad with a clip from a podcast where they said that they'd visited Vancouver Island and felt like people there wanted them out Lol
Thanks for another instructive and entertaining stream. So good I watched it twice, 1st time live but kept getting distracted (damned pay job), and now as part of the Replay Crew. See you next time round! P.S. I know it may be carrying coal to Newscastle as I'm in Thailand aka hot sauce heaven, but please don't just think of the US when you're preparing to ship your next batch 😉🙏
I like it when there are different cases to watch with my favorite streamers. It's not fun TO ME to watch more than 2 or 3 streamers doing the same trial. Especially if something happens with one trial 😊 Replay on an old important trial or catch up on one that turns out to be fun but has started is okay with me.
I think if Boone was honest about the drinking, that she didnt seriously think he under distress it was part of the game and then she passed out.... she would have a better chance of not facing as many years. but she lied about the drinking, has police interview and the video. there is no coming back from there. She was offered a very fair plea under the circumstances with all of the evidence, and she didn't take it. She gets in her own way.
Nah, even if she admitted to the drinking and thought he wasn't under distress, then she still took a baseball bat to him and threw him down the stairs in a position where he couldn't defend himself. She would have been screwed anyway, just less obviously screwed because she'd probably have gotten a lesser sentence if she showed any coöperation or remorse.
When it’s a live stream, you miss the part of the stream when the commercial is playing. That’s a problem. On replay, the video you’re watching pauses while the commercials play, then resumes right where you were in the video.
I didn't know who the last lady was, but when I looked up the name, I get a twitter link with the message. I did a law thing. I don't know why, but I find that smile worthy.
From somebody I heard from the Boone lawyers don’t get along outside of court either. Maybe they had a moment outside of court, but it was related to inside of court, but there was a moment between them too outside of court.
If you mean the lawyers and the client, she is a difficult client. I find it commendable that he felt strongly she should have representation for such a serious charge.
No, I hadn't! A number of us were speculating why he would take the case as the pay is very low. Melanie Little suggested that he may have political asperations, possibly DA
@annm9589 the Boston Fed in that case, got a real pass and retired with his pension when the entire office should have been turned upside down for passing evidence to organised crime.
I’m not really familiar with what happened in the Bulger case. (I thought that the new prosecutor in Read case DEFENDED Bulger?? 🤷♀️) Anyway, can you elaborate on the significance and why it’s “an FU to the Feds?” Thanks.
Until or unless I see some evidence to the contrary, I believe Garth Brooks. I'm completely open to being wrong, but so far, his feels like the more believable story. Maybe, maybe, if both are willing and flexible participants, you could achieve to positions she described, but it still strains credulity.

Turtleboy's "boisterous" (great word choice, Runkle!) approach is why those of us who love him, love him! Plus, he brings receipts & is only "rude," as some call him, to scumbags! He's rude to corrupt government employees. He's rude to cop k•llers. I do not understand this obsession with having to pronounce words "correctly". Speaking with accents and dialects is a reality. Even if the Young Thug case makes it to trial, unless he's found not guilty, that will be up for appeal.
