I had the same reaction. My husband and I recently lost our second child to a miscarriage in September of last year. It happened one week before we were supposed to have our first ultrasound. Lately, our 5 year old has been saying she wants us to have a baby.

If you really had a good reason for cutting those people off, you shouldn't have had any problem communicating that to them-even from a distance, e.g. online or via text message (followed immediately by blocking, if necessary, so you wouldn't have to deal with their reaction).

Yes, same here. I'm such a forgiving person. The year before last my best friend whose birthday is on May 13th never told me happy Birthday, which was on may 10. I excused her behavior as being busy with her 2 kids. This year it happened again. I even text her the night before my birthday and no response. Well, among other thing's I will truly "ghost" her. I hope you get the same courage to not let people mistreat you. You should be with friends that bring out the best of you and who make you happy.♥️😊

As someone who was ghosted by my “best friend” years ago, it hurts so bad to have someone be such a huge part of your life be gone just like that. I wish she talked to me and gave me a chance to fix what’s wrong. Instead she made passive aggressive posts on social media and then blocked me. I reached out a few times but didn’t beg. She had history of ghosting other people while I was friends with her so I figured I was next on the list, she cut everyone out one by one. I really wish we had talked it out. I love her to this day and her absence is felt everyday, I just wish she talked to me.

Russell and Destiny. My heart just aches for them. Destiny went through a life changing event without the one person that should have been there. She has shown maturity and grace by forgiving Russell.
@F A the reactions sure are real. Destiny was really crying, you can tell because one of her eye lashes were coming off because of her tears.
Then the female host, her lip muscles were pressing downwards when Destiny was crying after revealing she had a miscarriage. The host was trying really hard not to lose her composure, but failed.
Even I cried because of how genuinely traumatized the miscarriage left Destiny. Maybe its a feeling we as women feel. I am not even a mother, but I can only imagine carrying a life for a few months to then lose it. The most painful thing is, she probably lost it due to the stress of Russell ghosting her all the sudden.
Not against Russell, his side of the story is also very painful.
Its just a very sad outcome for these two.

he didn't own up to what he did properly. he repeatedly claimed that he thought it was good for the future kid for him to not be there. he said he didn't want the kid to not have a dad to be proud of... but how is the dad leaving as soon as he hears of the pregnancy supposed to help with that? he left because he was scared of the responsibility like everybody else who is about to become a parent, and he didn't own up to that. it wasn't about the kid's future, and him being gay was secondary. primarily he didn't want to be a parent.
Russel was even worse than Ross. He lied to his boyfriend, got his girlfriend pregnant when he was pretty sure he was gay, he didn't even explain or properly break up with her, said that he didn't want his kid to be ashamed of him even though supporting his girlfriend even if he isn't attracted to her is much more admirable than just leaving. He's such a horrible person, but Destiny was so mature to forgive him. Ok, now that I finished that entire portion it does seem like he's genuinely sorry for being so selfish. He did seem to feel bad for what he did, which is good. Hopefully he's continuing to improve himself. Poor Destiny though, what a horrible horrible thing to do through. Getting ghosted by her boyfriend and then losing her baby, ugh I hope she's doing ok.

I was ghosted by my best friend late last year and I honestly don’t know why ! I reached out to him multiple times asking what happened and no response... I still even have his location on my phone via iMessage, but I did make it clear as well I’m not going to beg for someone that isn’t giving me anything to work with . I left it there and it is what it is Life Lesson ! I’m not the only close friend that he’s ghosted in the last few years so essentially I feel until we have an idea of what the issues are, he’s the problem
