The difference is all becoz of our education system and society... foreign la farming is seen as a profession aana Inga athu asingam... foreign la evlo modern ah irunthalu avinga farming panrainga...they don't see it has some dirty job rather they enjoy it...Inga irukra nelamai ku namma govt. Karanam illa namma thaan karanam...namma thaan nammala suthi irukravangala maathanum...athuku nammakku vakku illana govt. ah epdi Kora solrathu?
Both taste were fabulous😋😋 Thirukai should be fresh otherwise the taste will not be good, and also we have to buy the mid part of the body piece then only we can get boneless flesh of the fish. Avoid wings part which will have tiny thorn like bones which will be spoiler for the real taste. Thee are many species of Thirukai, but we have to buy only milky white species which we can get the real taste. Enjoyed the taste and Good recipe for this weekend.
It is new experiment for them, not their life... After settling down, they did.... Appreciative thing. But Real agriculturalist life scenario totally differ from what most of them think (online poraalis)
