SCOTUS Receives Second Challenge to PICA

- Yes a second challenge to PICA has been submitted and a supplementary motion is going to be added to the first challenge.
Beyond this, in this video, we talk about a judgement regarding your FOID information and additional information regarding the first challenge.
I'm only doing an overview of this second motion and as far as the update on the first challenge you should check out a new video from Dan Bishop who is discussing the new information Jerry Stocks has.

I hope SCOTUS does take this up and address the absolute corruption of the Illnois courts and executive office as well as the incompetence and unethical behavior of Esterbrook. Esterbrook as consistently demonstrated why is not only unqualified for SCOTUS but unqualified for the position he holds. And Pritzkey by not responding shows he has no respect for the rule of law.

I need to correct you on foid / foai issue. Miss Heart and the other plaintiff were not able secure their information using normal channels so they used foia. The way the law is written and a lower court agreed that
you can foia your own records. The law was meant to keep a third party from obtaining you information not you. The state got it overturned.
It is interesting that they could not access their records. I’ve never heard of this before but apparently it happens. The problem with the law is the plurality of the words used. I’m torn on the judgment. On one hand I’m glad foia can’t be used but there must be a way for us to access our own records.

UPDATE WAITING ON CCL
so wait a second , people who own tactical weapons have a foid card and are on record as having these weapons dont want to register but those that do register are on record as having tactical weapons and are at risk of having the weapons taken away so we have a seperation of gun owners that have tactical weapons and some that dont how can the state have it so there is a seperation of owners that do have em and some that dont , which tells me that will be there next move is to completely take away firearms .

Sir, my understanding is that they did try to go through the normal process, but they were not given the information so they filed the FOIA request because the law does not say that you cannot give this information To the FOID holder as the Illinois Supreme Court states .Plus FOIA request has a time limit on how long it takes to get the information, which is the game the state is playing with people that have FOID denials. The issue I have with you is you read only an opinion or a news article without reading the actual case that was submitted by the plaintiffs. You’ve done this numerous times were you misunderstood the law and misinformed your viewers? I like a lot of your Contant, but you’ve got to do more homework before you put out a video.
Fair enough. I will say I do more research than you give me credit for. Maybe I need to look at better sources. I will take your advice into consideration before I make an opinion on an issue. The info I gave was from credible sources, I made assumptions I should not have. Thank you for your constructive criticism.
