Okay so I started this product. Using it once a week. I can already see the difference in my texture and my hyperpigmentation is peeling off. I'd what they're putting in this stuff but it's working. I'll be back weekly with my report. Attaching it below:
Week 1- Bro. My texture freaking disappeared. I stared officially last Sunday (May 30th) and today is Monday (June 7th). My texture has definitely improved quite a bit. Hardly any under the skin bumps. Let's see what happens in week 2!
Week 2 + 3 - Yall. This shit works. It lit evened out my texture. I got 3 pimples because my body can't handle much sugar (I shouldn't have had those cookies 🤣) but still the texture undr my skin was gone. Can't speak much for the hyperpigmentation tho. I have dark skin. This. But this product? Once a week? It works yall. My texture is freaking disappearing. I'm certain by summer I'll be back to being a hot girl.

I still use it once a week on my entire face and I now apply a drop of the formula to any pimple or zits I might have during the week as well. Dissappears in about 2 days.
Less is more with this one. I love it!

I used this once a week for my blackhead and it helped but then I got to excited and used it 3 times a week and it my skin dried out and I’m pretty sure I broke my skin barrier but now I’m repairing my barrier and after about 3 weeks of just straight hydration maybe I’ll use it again

Seriously, I discovered Paula in the year of our Lord 2006. At that time she had a THICK book breaking down skincare brands and exposing the science and ingredients in each product. When she came out with her own line this product changed my skin forever. I still use this product and swear by this brand. She really helped revolutionize skincare from snake oil nonsense into brands using ingredients and research that actually works.
I've been avoiding exfoliants for the past year because they always made my skin worse, but this product made my skin look better after 1 use. My moisturizer has never absorbed so quick in my life. My single favorite product I've ever used.

@@nessi16nl i use it twice a day, once in the morning and at night, its gentle so it shouldnt irritate. I have sensitive skin. If you feel it bothers you, just try it out once a day

I have dry but acne prone skin. Saw a great difference in just one use. However I could only use it once a week and for a few hours. Its too drying but damn it killed the acne.

100% perfect what your doing, in my opinion u shoukd never exfoliate every day, just 1-3 times a week is enough!

bought it four days ago, started using it in the morning and deff the skin is glowing right away, liked using it with hands cause I feel the more product goes into my skin, myb 4 drops and I use it every second day
the best is cbd cream, what you use dries your skin. eventually your skin becomes so dry that you only get more irritation
Is it okay to use this with the ordinary alpha arbutin serum?
Can I use this with acne serum?? For example I use Paula in one day or two day a week and dont use another serum in that day, just moisturize. Next day, can I use acne serum?? Or centella serum skin1004?? I appreciate if you answer my question

I've been using this product for 4 days. I used it every night and I noticed that the redness went down. But my skin got very dry despite moisturizer, I think I'll use it once a week from now on. Since then I've only gotten one pimple.
whenever it comes to exfoliator, you are supposed to use it once a week.

After years of terrible blackheads I used this every night for a month then every other day for a few months - now on weekends only together with 14% glycolic acid (daily AM) and my skin is soooo clean and free from ALL blemishes

You have to find out the case of pimples you are getting on your face, otherwise it will laid spots. I had the problem with pimples even dermatologist couldn’t find the case they gave me a lot of cream and pills which dried off my face and pimples were coming out continuously. I found that I am lactose intolerant and stopped to eat any kind of milk products. After a while my face rid off the pimples naturally.

Yesssss I’ve been doing this for a week now and it really is helping!! The rosehip oil is non-comedogenic so it won’t clog pores and really does add that moisture and glow back in to the face.

i just bought this product off Amazon since my skin is absolutely awful and i've been hearing everyone talk about how wonderful this stuff is...i'll update once it gets here.
i have normal to dry skin. i've struggled for awhile with hormone related acne, and being a skin picker due to OCD, i have a lot of hyperpigmentation left over from it. my pores are a lot more visible than i'd like them to be too.
at this current moment in time, i wash my face twice a day with CeraVe renewing SA facial cleanser. in the first part of the day, i use differin gel first half of the day, and later after it's been washed off, i use the Ordinary 10% niacinamide 1% zinc serum. i use a moisturizer with both. my skin has been better ever since i started this routine, but along with that i've also tried keeping my skin-picking under control and eating healthier than i was before. i'll update again after the PC exfoliant gets here.
UPDATE: since its only been a week since i started using it, i can't tell if its done anything for my hyperpigmentation. however, my pores do appear to look smaller, and new acne has cut down a lot! it slightly burned the first few times i used it, and my skin got really dried out. but i seem to have built up more of a tolerance to it now, and i've been making sure to moisturize really well in the morning and evening. i started out with using it in the evening every other day, but now that i'm building more of a tolerance to it i'm using it every evening, and using niacinamide in the mornings,
UPDATE #2 (12/21/21): i stopped using it for awhile due to dryness. hyperpigmentation did begin getting bad again after i stopped using it though, so i started using it again every other day a few days ago and so far dryness has been fine and i've been making sure to moisturize. can't tell if the toner has had much of an effect yet. niacinamide seems to be slightly helping with inflammation. will update again after i've used PC for a little longer.
UPDATE #3 (06/26/22): unfortunately, my skin was too sensitive for Paula's Choice. i'm now using medications from Apostophe and my skin is doing wonderful! hyperpigmentation is fading and breakouts are very minimal.

I’m 25 and have more acne than I did as a teen. I have red bumpy and textured skin a mostly on my checks, chin and jaw line. Nothing I do makes it go away. I’m thinking about buying this.

@@imanemimi9996 my skin is still textured but it is a lot better. I also had a lot of acne scarring which has cleared up now. I use it twice a day and havent had any issues with breakouts except for around my period but even then it’s not really as bad as it used to be. I definitely recommend it. I got mine on Amazon. It’s a small bottle but goes a long way.

@@ouo9420 i use it almost 3 weeks and actually i am really happy and surprised with this product. I do not have any crazy acne, my skin is dry/ sensitive in winter and dry/normal in summer. My main problems were rash on the forehead, some blackheads on nose/mouth area. After 3 weeks my skin is clean, no reddnes, desquamation or dehydration. And of course i use sunscreen
I used acid toners and serums before but none (some were same price as Paula's BHA) of these products helped me like Paula.

i’m using the cerave sa cleanser for a while now and its been working really well!!! i still have minimal bumps but i also have a lot of acne scars. can i use this with my cerave sa cleanser at night? (i only do skincare at night lol my face gets greasy in the day. also im 14 if thats helps with anything lol)
You can use them together but if uou find your skin drying out or getting more oily use alternating days!

Girl use their clear regular strength 2% BHA efxoliant because it made my hormonal acne on my chin and neck literally gone in 2 days, after I woke up next day first time using it I was touching my skin like where are they gone,🤣 the scar did left tho and ended up going away after few days

yes you can :)
You may want to use it on different times like niacinamide in the morning and bha in the evening as they have different ph level. However if you want to use both, give it 30 minutes gap in between application to maximize the effect of bha.

it is fine either way! You can use cotton pads or just apply it directly, I just don't like using the cotton pads since it creates more daily waste!

Started using it about a month ago, maybe less. There are still pimples and acne on my face but only in the areas I usually have breakouts which makes me think that it s more of a purging process. I bought a travel size bottle to just try out, so far don t see any magic with all my acne dissappearing, quite the opposite -- I see purging and breakouts. I hope it ll start working in a month or so, had really high hopes for this one 😅

@@veryafricansadcat well, after this one I finally came to conclusion that salycilic acid is just not for me. Too harsh on my skin. Used it for another 2 months and stopped as my skin only continued with breakouts. At least I can say I tried 🤷♀️

Can I use this after clyndomicin topical?
I would use it before. I’ve always heard you move from thinnest liquids to creams with any facial oils as a last step when layering products.
