Luzon lockdown leaves containers piling up in PH ports | ANC

Thousands of containers, a lot of them food containers, are piling up uncollected at the ports after businesses closed during the Luzon-wide lockdown. Port operator ICTSI's Executive Vice President Christian Gonzalez says they are doing their best to operate 24/7 despite skeletal staff, but unclaimed containers are congesting ports especially in Manila.
