- Philippine billionaire Enrique Razon, Jr. shares his recipe for success in our latest “Voices of Success” interview series. As chairman of International Container Terminal Services Inc., Razon has steered the global port operator-which has terminals in 19 countries around the world- through some of the most challenging economic periods in the past three decades. Razon, who is also chairman of Philippine casino operator Bloomberry Resorts, says he’s “very well versed in crisis,” having experienced the 1998 Asian financial crisis and the global financial crisis 10 years later.

I've been serving him for the past two years. He always eats at the restaurant I'm working at, it's his anyway 😁 He has a very commanding presence. When he talks in tagalog he is just like any normal guy that you encounter everyday and for me that shows humbleness. With all his success he isn't condescending and gives credit to his subordinates when it is due. With the covid 19 crisis he has shown what all bosses should be doing that is to care for his employees and the country.
