Indian laws and judiciary are based on the English laws. They lack the Hindu dharmic and spiritual ethos. Lord Ayyappa is Brahmachari and there are certain principles who can take 'His darshan.' When we become sick we go to a doctor. Similarly, in case of Hindu religious matters, the Supreme Court should have consulted Shankaracharya Ji. Women's rights and principle of equality of sexes in Sabarimala Temple case is out of question.
I am having so much trouble with our constitution. It is incompetent to actually understand the culture of this land. It can't make any justice with the diversity of this land. It's causing so much problem.
