MR. ROOSTER 🐔 DID A GREAT JOB! IT'S WAS GOOD TO SEE HIM AS PART OF THE - BAD CHAD FAB TEAM! I'M SURE HE WILL BE MISSED! ROOSTER 🐔 IS A #1 BAD CHAD FAN- GOD BLESS YOU ROOSTER 😊😊
Well the body off went well. I sure like seeing the use of sea containers, what a great space you are creating. "Rooster" you will be missed around the shop, your dream came through and you have become a part of the Bad Chad family!
I know you don’t want to spend a bunch of money on a new lift but it isn’t all that much money and one failure with it can cost lives, God forbid. We love you guys !
Doug is the best apprentice/helper, things are ready before Chad knows he needs them and cleaned before anyone knew it got dirty. Love your work ethic good sir.
Rooster was great to see and he really added to the team. So glad he had the opportunity to live the dream with the Bad Chad Hiltz Team. Jolene great work keeping it all covered you had lots to track and show with an extra member and so many projects going on. Chad your mind never stops 👍🏼👍🏼 Always exciting to see whats on the agenda.
Just want to say hi to everyone and hope you had a blessed day. Rooster been nice watching you work with them. Keep up the good work. God bless and have a blessed evening and night
Jolene! I have to say how that flat lighting makes everything you're shooting look ‘ absolutely marvellous!” ...but, I’m sure you were the first to know it...being the DOP. Just wanted you to know that you’re appreciated. BTW Fina is being properly appreciated by Rooster, so things in Nova Scotia are as they should be.
That hoist should be serviced or put out of service. Hydraulic oil must be low if it takes that long for the lift to start moving. Only Doug noticed it didn’t lock on the dead locks. You’ve got four or five people under that vehicle and the blind faith they have in that hoist is unbelievable. Would hate to hear of a tragic accident due to lack of safety maintenance. Come on Chad get that damn thing fixed.
You say that those bolts won’t be of use anymore when you box the frame in but actually they would make great indexing pins form when you but the body back on. Great to see progress on the car. Farewell to Rooster. He’s been a great addition to the stream….and quite a character. Hehe.
@@glenscott4342 He is just heading back home. He was there for a visit and fulfill a desire to work with Chad. Not sure where he is from originally but was only able to be there for a couple of weeks. Truly a great addition to the team.
I feel for Doug he wanted to come in tomorrow and Chad shut him down i bet Nath will be there no doubt Doug is old enough to get things done with or without you'll there so be more consistent with him I look forward to Doug's sence of humor makes a more enjoyable watch give the man what he deserves
Wasn’t the old man that helped with the Jag engine named Doug and you see how that ended he told Chad he was screwing that engine up and Chad was clueless and couldn’t take him being told what he should do with it. The story we got was Doug got in chads face but that seemed to be dramatized so Chad didn’t look bad.
I hate being critical but damn. I can’t understand him he Won’t spend money on the lift ( which is a safety issue and a needed peice of equipment ) but they’ll buy motorcycles he don’t know how to ride and signs and ashtrays instead. SMH
No safety boots, no safety glasses, no face shields used, no hearing protection, and these videos are proof of working conditions, so there should be a safety implemented into the activities. The drill of those holes in the Sea-Cans is most concerning. A person can be 30 feet away from someone grinding a metal object and be struck by a metal piece. Rare, but has happened. An eye can be lost or worse a life if struck in the right spot.
What I like about ROOSTER is he always stayed busy with something always asked if anyone needed help. Always eager to be involve. That's what I like about people that just don't stand around and watch. If you really want to learn it's hands on not standing 5' back and just being quite. Yup I'll miss watching ROOSTER part of the team. Hope he comes back and visit again some time in the future. Hiltz gang got a whole lot done in a short amount of time.
I know "us fans" have been known to fuss about particulars sometimes...But I must say this new and improved show format IS really good and entertaining. I enjoy the cast and multiple projects! Honestly, I like this content more than the "big shots" on the Discovery channel.
The only thing that hoist needs is maintenance lubricated in Greece well it sits outside year round in the wide open in all the bad weather if you don't take care of it things stop working an not work right I bet the hydraulic fluid probably hasn't been changed and the filter cleaned or replaced
Chad, looks good. A lot of work on that old chassis is needed to handle that engine. If anyone can do it, you can. You have to love the journey. Thanks for the video Jolene
I like what you’re doing with the storage containers making a designated area to do all your metal fab work you could ake another two containers and make it a designated engine build area that way it stays clean no dust dirt
Awesome episode today team ! High energy, and laughter. Great to see the Hudson advancing, the headlights are excellent, also to see the body come off the 40 Ford. The best parts for me ? At 31.48 --- Chad > " YOU CAN'T BREAK MY SPIRIT " !! Fantastic ! And Chad's tribute to Rooster - - YOU MADE HIS DREAM COME TRUE !! Today's show is inspirational, special thanks to Jolene, as always !! It's a shame that so many just don't get the essence of what this channel is about.
Doug made a good call. Chad should remember this is not a TV show anymore. There are no deadlines. Its just a TH-cam channel filmed on a cellphone. Stop rushing or someone will get hurt.
Jolene's Corvette looks really, really good in that shade of blue. My Dad had a 72 Ford Maverick in about the same color. Needless to say, the vette wears it better.
I think the channel really changed for the better I hope it shows in the TH-cam algorithm. So proud of you two for taking the steps to bring more characters into your show.
CHAD...I think this will be your best work.....there is so much that you can do with metal..I have a 1940 plymouth coupe on a 1969 chevell frame.and drive trane..thanks for all of the videos
I bet that took some time to weld those containers together or at least the tops. They can really be nice for storage or even a shop .it won't rot or fall apart like a wooden building will but if you want to keep it cool in the summer paint the top and sides white or you'll be on the dinner menu just stick an apple in your mouth .
Hey Chad and Jolene how are you doing today my friend so I like watching your TH-cam videos they are very educational videos and keep up the good work and I like the content in the videos
i just learned about these wire connectors that has solder in the middle. so you put both wired in and heat it with a heat gun blower and it melts the solder and it shrinks on the ends of the wire.
Now to get the frame strengthened up on the Ford. Getting the Hudson back together as well. I just hope the repair on the radiator doesn't take too long.
I think Rooster 🐓 is a great addition to the team , hope he comes back 👍.... Great teamwork guys and of course Jolene , you got to have a woman to keep everything in order 👍 😅😅
Every day to me is a awesome day when you make a video on that sweet looking old hotrod and darn rooster is leaving he came in and leaving so quickly but I understand that's life for ya
I'm going to miss Rooster. Is there any idea where he is going next? Bad Chad has the best production crew. Thanks Jolene! Thanks for sharing with us today.
What happened with the Ford upholstery. I notice the springs for the seats are in the garage. Wasn't the guy supposed to take them with him & you were supposed to work on the read seat so it fit.??????????????????????????
Not for nothin, but that Ancient Torque Tube Rear Differential, and Torque Tube Drive shaft, would not last a day, with that Blown 460 Ford Motor. So besides boxing the frame, to hold up to the 460 torque, that rear needs to be replaced. I Enjoy the channel, even with some of the sketchy stuff !
4 link it with coilover shocks and get rid of the monoleaf rear suspension. Beginning to think you have no clue how much torque that big block is going to put on the rear-end and suspension
T-was me, I would put a I beam across the lift's risers and hang a chain fall from the I beam, and build a tin roof over the lift area using the lifts risers for the roof's support and framing . I'm going to miss Rooster, he fit right in with the Bad Chad crew.
@jolenemacintyre maybe to fix the grill on the ford that hot wheels. you could get Chad to cut of the bars on the other side at the top and then add a piece of metal to the bottom of the hood it would save having to look for another grill.💡
Goodbye, i have had enough of this channel.. as chad says, take what you like, well there is very little i like anymore, and throw away what you dont like, so i am throwing you away.
Chad, put a Breezeway between the two buildings your shop and the one you are putting the roof on right now that way in the winter you can go from shop to shop without worrying about the snow that piles up
Chad what if you cut the bolts off then turn them upside down weld the head so then the threads well be facing up. That way you can box the frame and only the heads will be in the boxing.
Hey Team Hiltz, how is everyone doing today? Chad can't you just weld the nuts inside the frame before you box it in so you can just bolt it back on the way it was? Chad that is great you will have a whole other building for your equipment to stay in without being stored away and you could even pull vehicles in and do your metal fabricating right with the equipment! Nate you are doing a great job getting everything working on the Terraplane and I can't wait to see it go down the road! Doug that is awesome work you are doing with making the trailers into a building it will be really nice when it is done. You guys will have to figure out what to do about heat so that it can be used year round! Rooster I am going to miss seeing you around there on the videos not to mention how helpful you have been! I bet you are no where near ready to go home especially as well as you fit in there! Jolene great job on the camera, video, & production as you always do!
Chad, that container shop is great! Low dollars and sturdy! I put a torch-down roof on my brother's place in the New Mexico mountains more than 20 years ago and it never leaked! Mega Cheers!
