I don't care if Disney World has a larger castle, bigger Main Street Station, or more attractions, I will always love Disneyland in Anaheim, CA as the #1 park. We're original and have much more of a rich history behind it. You can't put size on that! And btw, Justin: I have to tip my hat to you. You are so committed to these videos. I'm betting this one took some serious patience, organization, and time. Excellent work!
Question for you and Justin Adam, if you lived on the other side of the world and could only visit one of the two parks which would you pick!? Awesome video by the way Justin 👌
I somehow stumbled on to Justin on some "sometimes vlog" that he was doing on here, and then worked my way into another "sometimes vlog", and then another and then another and then followed a link to the LiveFastDiePoor channel and, the next thing I knew, it's been like 5 hours today watching this dude. I'm addicted. I can't stop! I imagine that people that are hooked on heroin or something feel this way! Every time I say "ok...this is the last one I'm watching" then about an hour later I say "well, I've got a spare half hour...let's go watch another one" Amazing job. You are so entertaining to listen to. Knowledgeable but funny to listen to , can cram about a million words into one breath but still can understand it and then every now and then that voice breaks into what I can only describe as a combination of Pee Wee Herman and Spongebob. This dude needs his own travel show on TV. I would never miss watching it. Send Justin worldwide to report on every cool thing that is out there.
The planning, the forethought, the travel, and the time involved to make this video must have been tremendous. Truly a great video and a joy to watch. Oh yes, Magic Kingdom did a way with its magic shop many years ago, but there is one at Disneyland.
wow.. that was some impressive editing and must have taken quite some planning on what to say and film to make it work, very very very well done, and a lot of fun to watch, you just gained a subscriber!!!!!
Very neat video. Thanks for pacing out Town Square. That's pretty cool to know they are so close in size. WDW's Main Street being even shorter is an even cooler fact. The architecture comparison was super neat too. I did not realize the differences before. Well done.
Justin, your videos are always incredible, and this one is no exception. The editing is flawless, and you really tell a great story. Thanks for the entertainment! 😊
I love your enthusiasm and attention to small detail. Nobody else would care enough to count the steps between City Hall and the Opera House in both parks.
I love your comparison of Disneyland' Main Street to Disney World's Main Street! I have always thought it would be cool to see the two parks compared to each other side by side! That was cool and very intersting to watch! Go Home and Sleep Well!
Oh wow! This video is dated practically 2 months after my own 1st visit to WDW. Great video. Fun to see the comparison between WDW and WDL Main Streets. I should have gotten more video during my visit but it rained on 2 days. Fun to see this video and see the places I got to see. Spent too much time inside shopping but not buying.
Disney World is bigger, but Disneyland puts more effort into their rides and shows, because they know they don't have a lot of space, therefore they want to make it the best they can. Both parks are fantastic though!
In 2019 Disneyland Park in Anaheim, will be almost as big in size as The Magic Kingdom, at least I think, based on adding about 14 acres to the existing the 85 acres.
I met the Mayor of Main Street at the Magic Kingdom on my birthday and since i had the birthday badge on he gave me his Mayoral business card :D. Love the video and seeing how they differ. Been to Florida 3 times, still need to get to Anaheim.
This video honestly made me cry 😭 I went to disneyworld for the first time last year and am going to Disneyland for the first time this year! Disney is such a huge part of my life that I'm moving to Orlando in August to work at WDW ❤️ even though I already know most of the facts you tell, it's great to see someone else enjoy magickingdom as much as I do! And I don't know too much about Disneyland so you are teaching me as well!
17:43 got me big time for some random reason! XD. I was just drinking some water while Justin was counting his steps, then he stopped, looked over and said "How" (or however it's spelled), and then continued on counting. I started laughing up water! XD
I love these. Especially comparing the two parks. WDW is my home, and I've never been to Disneyland but I'd love to do a comparison one day! Going to WDW again in February. Never gets boring.
The reason why Town Square Theatre and City Hall are full scale (while the rest of the buildings are a smaller scale), is because Town Square Theatre has to block out the modern looking Contemporary Resort, and City Hall had to mirror the opposite building in scale.
I cannot express enough how much I love this video! Can't wait for more!!! Also, I know you're an Anaheim guy, but have you ever considered heading to San Francisco and hitting up the Walt Disney Family Museum?! My family was there recently and I think you'd have a blast!
I love both of them too but I actually think Disney World is much closer to what Walt wanted to build. I traveled from Texas to visit Disneyland last year and the California Adventure park just doesn't live up to any of the parks in Florida. I think the main reason being that they simply don't have enough land in Anaheim to do it right.
Agree. Disneyland feels more magical and authentic. More detailed and charming. DisneyWorlds is missing something that I can't put my finger on. It could be bc Walt didn't build it so it wasn't as thoughtfully executed
who dared to thumbs this down! I loved watching this. I've been to both parks, but I haven't been to Disneyland since 2003. Watching this gave me major yearning to go back. Magic Kingdom is my home away from home though, and this made me super excited for my trip this weekend.
Thank you for including the reference to Harper Goff architectural design of Disneyland's City Hall resembling the courthouse in Ft. Collins. Bravo! You have the best knowledge and do your research very well. :)
I love this video so much! Thanks for looking into the little details that you don't really think of, and almost never hear about! This is so amazingly interesting to me
Okay Justin.... You NAILED it with this one! Can we all bow down to you for a little moment? And when you are at DL I really want a pic with you. You're my hero. I love DL for it is my home park but LOVE to visit WDW often. It's a vacation while DL is our trip. Keep it up. bravo my friend.
Disneyland has package pickup too. When you enter the park, it's the white stall to the left, and there's a window on the side (facing Main Street) with a sign.
If you think about it, the Main Street U.S.A's from Disneyland and Disney World are similar, but with some tiny or big differences. You can spot them if you know where to look, and also, in certain parts of Main Street in Disneyland and Disney World, there are HUGE differences, but they all follow the same concept if you think about it. Awesome video.
I am sad to hear the Main Street Cinema at WDW no longer has the Mickey Mouse cartoons. That's one of my favorite memories of WDW. Why do they need yet another tacky gift shop? Greed, greed, greed.
I was born, raised, still live in the Anaheim area. So Disneyland is a local thing for us in the 1980s. I never been to Disney World, and only knew so much about it into recently. My parents wouldn't consider taking a trip to Florida to see the same thing we had around the corner. Anyhow, I was talking to a guy online a few weeks back from Orlando and he was amazed almost shocked how Disneyland is in the middle of a city where you can walk, bike, run, bus, hotels, whatever here with IHOP and Denny's around the corner and housing tracks and schools and gas stations lol. I mentioned in a post there are non-Disney hotels minutes walking distance from Disneyland that are cheaper, but he thought I talking about Disney World and was like "nothing here is in walking range" into he saw I was talking about Disneyland. He was use to Disney World where it's out in the middle of it's own isolation bubble place cut off from the world lol where it's 30 minutes to go from one park to the other compared to five minutes from DL to DCA or out of the park. Anyhow, Disney World is more geared toward tourism and tourists followed locals. Disneyland is more geared towards locals and those who can easily travel to it within range (especially since Disneyland is the middle of Anaheim which is surrounded by cities like Fullerton and Santa Ana minutes away) followed by tourism. Thus is why I believe Disneyland will never kill off their annual passes. They might nix the Southern California passes and bring them back or raise the price for crowd control, but to kill it off would cult the lifeline those in Anaheim, Fullerton, and LA and Ventura Counties and cut off a big revenue to Disneyland as anyone in the LA area can easily get to Disneyland. I just hop on the OCTA Route 543 bus and I'm there in fifteen minutes. Disneyland is also competing with Knott's Berry Farm which is 15 minutes drive north. What I love about Disneyland is leaving the park, and you're back in a normal city with 7-11 down the street at Katella avenue and Harbor Blvd or IHOP across the street, or walking a few blocks to your hotel, or taking your bike back to your house or apartment or school where Disneyworld you have to drive through an African Safari or cross the Mississippi river to get to wherever.
Wow! Great video Justin. I've never been to Disney World but hope to one day visit the park. Loved the differences between the two parks. It'd be cool if you could eventually go the the one in Paris and Tokyo.
Lol your funny! I love Disney world. I've been there since I was 3 years old. I also laughed when you said and how at the end of chamberlin and chomberlin.
I have been 1.000 times in both parks, and definitely this is the conclusion : Walt Disney Florida has an amazing majesty; is huge , most beautiful parks around the world. Disneyland California has better attractions and that historical sites that you can not forget. But Dinseyland Paris has an unique style and the WALL-E statue in Tomorroland is beautiful !!!.
You're so lucky to have been born in the same city as Disneyland. :p I've always wished to live in Anaheim. Great video, too! :) Keep up the awesome work.
Randomland should be a weekly TV spot on the Disney channel.
+toe knee yesss!
YES
YES
+toe knee heck yes
I would watch it
You should be a voice actor, I don't know what but something about your voice seems iconic and unique.
this guy REALLY knows his stuff. very impressive
I don't care if Disney World has a larger castle, bigger Main Street Station, or more attractions, I will always love Disneyland in Anaheim, CA as the #1 park. Actually Disneyland has more attractions than WDW
+cold • hot Not only that. but the rides at Disneyland are better too.
lol
Ronny Franklin Do your research too. Disneyland Park has more attractions than Magic Kingdom.
eatingcereal777 Do my research? What did I say wrong?
You totally need to be on tv. I could watch your videos all day long. Someone call ABC! :)
Amen 👏
No call disney channel
ABC owns Disney Channel.
Anyone else think this guy sounds like sponge bob? Haha awesome!
+Roddy Dragosavac Actually, I was thinking he sounded like Pee Wee Herman.
no time to watch yet but must say ... EPIC default pic alert
+adamthewoo Adam the Wooooooooooo?
ATW!!! You plan on doing more urban exploring in the near future? Love those videos.
Question for you and Justin Adam, if you lived on the other side of the world and could only visit one of the two parks which would you pick!?
Awesome video by the way Justin 👌
+Mark O' other side of the world witch country ? china india japan witch one?
clara doesn't really matter the point was if you could only ever go to one which is the best. I probably should of just said that.. 😜
The comparisons are astonishing but truly incredible! Cannot wait for comparisons of other lands of Disneyland and WDW.
Justin, your videos are always incredible, and this one is no exception. The editing is flawless, and you really tell a great story. Thanks for the entertainment! 😊
your videos are top notch quality!!! and so informative!
Disney World will always be my favorite :)
I love your enthusiasm and attention to small detail. Nobody else would care enough to count the steps between City Hall and the Opera House in both parks.
Thanks so much for putting so much effort into this video with the two park comparison.
As usual, another awesome, quality Vlog. Good job Justin.
dat lil frog though at the end. something we dont always see at Disneyland. its so cute
This video must have taken so much planning and thought! Thank you soo much for making it!
I love your comparison of Disneyland' Main Street to Disney World's Main Street!
I have always thought it would be cool to see the two parks compared to each other side by side!
That was cool and very intersting to watch!
Go Home and Sleep Well!
the scripting and editing is awesome

Honestly, disneyland and disneyland Paris are my favorite 😍💙
loving the barber shop
Originally, Walt was going to have an apartment in Cinderella's Castle at WDW.
I met the Mayor of Main Street at the Magic Kingdom on my birthday and since i had the birthday badge on he gave me his Mayoral business card :D. Love the video and seeing how they differ. Been to Florida 3 times, still need to get to Anaheim.
JUSTIN!! Your randomlands are getting better and BETTER! This is the best one yet! More, more, more
Awesome Video, Justin!
Best video yet! Two Disney resorts at once!
And BTW, Happy Thanksgiving. :)
I'm thankful for RANDOMLAND and you!
This video honestly made me cry 😭 I went to disneyworld for the first time last year and am going to Disneyland for the first time this year! Maybe one day "Randomland - Disneyland Paris" ^^
Good job Justin! This video took research, time, money, and a lot of work to produce. The fans recognizes your work.
17:43 got me big time for some random reason! XD.
I was just drinking some water while Justin was counting his steps, then he stopped, looked over and said "How" (or however it's spelled), and then continued on counting. I started laughing up water! XD
This video was so enjoyable to watch. Keep up the amazing work! 👏
Loved this video! I miss both of these main streets. Disneyland Paris feel like somewhere between the two!
I love these. Especially comparing the two parks. WDW is my home, and I've never been to Disneyland but I'd love to do a comparison one day! Going to WDW again in February. Never gets boring.

Oh! Yes he did.... don't know how I missed that. Thank you for letting me know!!!
I loved the architectural differences bit!!! Never knew that at all!
"A whole rotunda! A WHOLE ROTUNDA!!!" lol
Coming from Disneyland I got SO overwhelmed by how huge the building in Main Street were at Magic Kingdom!
These comparison videos are really good. i don't think anyone's done anything like this before.
Absolutely loved this!
Excellent job! Love them both but Disneyland feels more authentic.

You did a kickass job jumping from the two parks! good job
This is amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed watching this. Never stop being awesome Justin.
That random frog tho !! 👍🏼🐸
2:47 That guy was excited about asking questions. "YES!"
Love seeing the differences and similarities between the two. Keep up the awesome work!
What an amazing video. Thank u for sharing
The "And How" joke slayed me, im dying of laughter bahaha
Thank you for including the reference to Harper Goff architectural design of Disneyland's City Hall resembling the courthouse in Ft. Collins. Bravo! You have the best knowledge and do your research very well. :)
Awesome! This is one I've really been looking forward to, and you did not disappoint.
Fantastic editing!! Great job, as always. It was very interesting to see the comparison of the two Main Streets and I learned a lot I didn't know :)
It just goes and goes and goes and GHOSTS!! LOL... you're so silly, I love it!!
I love this video so much! Thanks for looking into the little details that you don't really think of, and almost never hear about! This is so amazingly interesting to me

Love the step measurements! Great attention to detail from both coasts. So alike and so different, great topic!!
You spent a lot of time on this Justin & it was terrific!
If you think about it, the Main Street U.S.A's from Disneyland and Disney World are similar, but with some tiny or big differences. This is BRILLIANT, please do these for the other lands!!!
Walt's apartment in Magic kingdom was planned to be placed in the castle tower. They did finish it to use as an contest suite.
I really love how you edit your videos! They are super awesome, like you! Thanks for uploading these wonderful videos
I am sooo happy you made this video! Its so hard to find photos or videos that show all the details in the two parks!
GREAT video! It's been 16 years since my last trip to WDW, and this makes me want to go again.
Amazing video Justin. I love the comparisons. I hope you make some more comparison videos in the future.
I am sad to hear the Main Street Cinema at WDW no longer has the Mickey Mouse cartoons. That's one of my favorite memories of WDW. Why do they need yet another tacky gift shop? Greed, greed, greed.
Great new Randomland! Really well put together
Great video, Justin! I could watch your videos all day.

this is amazing. and i cant wait to return to disneyland this summer after 5 years.
Wow! Great video Justin. I've never been to Disney World but hope to one day visit the park. Loved the differences between the two parks. It'd be cool if you could eventually go the the one in Paris and Tokyo.
Very well put together! 👍🏼
Awesome video Justin. I've always wondered the differences between the two.
I loveeee your vids subscribed to both channels a long time ago always gets me through my day.
ALways love the main street USA...My favourite view
Lol your funny! I love Disney world. I've been there since I was 3 years old. I also laughed when you said and how at the end of chamberlin and chomberlin.
They also have the same music loop; a lot of "bicycle built for two." Good to see Mr. Dapper made a cameo! :)
Awesome job comparing the two parks.
Happy B-day Walt Disney!
Justin, you & Utmost did an awesome job!
So awesome! Could tell a lot of hard work went into this
just some crazy lady waving
Loved this video! :)
The episode where he teleport back and forth between Disneyland and Magic kingdom
I actually had my hair cut at the Magic Kingdom Barbershop. They're very good with the hair cuts.
As an Emporium cast member, I couldn't stop laughing at the "more Emporium" comment. Too real.
I loved this!! Now do it with PARIS! PLEASE!
I never been to DisneyWorld after this video I still prefer DisneyLand
I prefer Disney world
I will always love Disneyland. I like Disney World too, but Disneyland will always be # 1 for me.

an instant classic....real good stuff maynard:)
I hear Married Life at 3:50 omg I love that song!!!
You're so lucky to have been born in the same city as Disneyland. :p I've always wished to live in Anaheim. Great video, too! :) Keep up the awesome work.
