  • Since leaving Games Workshop and finishing her semi-freelance roles, Trish has been working on creating her own fantasy world: Harrowhyrst. It’s grown from an idea into a fully populated world, wherein each element like the sculpts, the terrain and the backdrops are all handmade by Trish using a variety of techniques.

Gorgeous work. "A cute surface with an underneath of nastiness" is such a perfect tagline.

What an amazing role model for creativity - just shatters notions of what can or should be done … needlefelting miniature terrain? Genius!

    Fascinating stuff.
Relevant and interesting. I dig her mix of fae, language and whimsy.
Here in Australia, there’s a frog called the eastern banjo frog which is colloquially called the pobblebonk, it has a distinct ‘boink ’ call. They look like cane toads, but cuter.

I had a play with needle felting, I found it quite thrilling that you could "sculpt" with wool, so cool!!

Love the look of the miniature in the felt world with the watercolor background!!! This needs to be photographed for a book.

Very inspiring! Love the element of mixed media and how Trish is letting the whimsy of dark fantasy truly shine though.

My daughter, who knits and crochets, just started needle felting. Making wool versions of various succulents.

Such an underrated artist in GWs “story”. Love her work and can’t wait to see where it leads 😊

Thank you for sharing these interviews. It is nice to see the people who made the models I grew up with

Oh, this looks superb. There's a Burrows and Badgers feel, but more twisted.

I love these interviews with Trish! You should see if you can get more sculptors and even some painters too. Thanks!

I think it’s the 3up sculpt of the Dark Elf dragon

Watching this range take shape in real time on Facebook has been a blast. Still one of the best sculptors doing it.
