RTR was over when you drove through. That was just an appreciation speech for the volunteers on the ball field. Great channel Russ, Txs for all the info!
Thx Russ. Many people need the info at RTR and the connections and community. Runaway abused women etc., and new houseless folks, out of work due to the pandemic etc. thanx for showing the road and other ways to get about. Keep doing good work and showing other businesses there. 👏🏼
Hey Russ , thanks for all the short cuts. The RTR was over on saturday. and saturday was just a half day. Then they had a couple singing for a couple hours to finish up the day.. The day you were there ( sunday) was voluntier apprecation day and clean up. They had a pretty good turn out.
I have had my Lectric XP for over two years now, and love it. I ride wintering in Florida right on the Atlatic beach. I ride it at my summer, fall digs in the hills. You won't go wrong getting one. Another great show Russ.
I am glad you drove by there .I follow Bob Wells also and RTR is really a cool thing. I'm gonna have to check out the metal detecting In that area. Thanks again for a great video
This was my first RTR and I was surprised at the wide range of people, ages, colors, genders, etc. and especially the professionalism of the volunteers. Pretty nice. Quite a few left when Saturday afternoon rainstorm hit and didn't return for the only event Sunday morning, the "open house" vehicle tours (quaint home-built rigs to Class A's and everything in between). I think the small group of people you saw was just a wrap-up meeting of the volunteers. Peak attendance was probably Thursday-Friday. Be interesting to see if HOWA releases any numbers. Excellent tour of Tyson Wells vendors, the numbers and variety are mind-boggling. Parking was poorly marked, need more signs. Your insider tips on how to get into and out of the showground were great, I'll be using those next year for sure. P.S. You've really mastered those drone shots!
Nice little ride today. Thanks. I’m amazed that services like grocery stores can meet demand with all those people descending on the town! It seems to get bigger every year! Glad weather is looking good! I remember videos you took where Tyson Wash looked like Tyson River!
Thank you for allowing the ride along. Wish I could be there.but being handicapped makes for a bit of a problem. When I was in the middle East I was beside.. oh well.. bless you my dear friend.. CLIff
Walked through today. Said hi to Kevin. He looked at me so funny. I said “I saw you on rvertv. “. He said oh ya. Good guy!!!! I said tell him hi from a fan.
Thank you for this presentation. I am planning to attend RTR 2023 and this video gives a great overview of the roads. I appreciate the tips in getting around though I wish that you would have stated the direction ( North , South etc ) you are travelling at every turn as I find myself flipping to google maps to help in orientation. Thanks again.
!🙋♀️Hello Russ! A beautiful day this turned out to be. Overwhelming influx of people, cars, RVs, events & vendors that appeal to all ages. Awesome! Just amazing, Mother Nature doing her part with a little bit of rain to keep the dirt down. Not very many people at the RTR this year. Looking forward to seeing the new pizza place in Quartzsite. I'd still be stuck in all that traffic had you not showed us an alternate way around it.👍
Thanks for the tip on getting around the traffic. We’re flying out to Phoenix from Sacramento on Friday so we’re going to drive over to quartzite for the day on Sunday or Monday. We’ll wave if we see you cruising around in the buggy. If not, “talk soon!”
Good morning, it's nice to see how different your last 2 videos have been, and maybe you will keep this path because it's always joyful to be able to get to know someone and also help out alittle, this is why I'm going around visiting homeless shelters and soup kitchens and finding places that offer free medical care where available and safe places for people to park, it's always good to live a life that can help others out in the simplest ways, but now I will start following your videos more closely, since you have given up on worrying about how many views and subscribers you can generate, and you will get even more this way, because you are helping people with learning different things, have a great day and safe trav
Out of respect suggested to TH-camr Bunny plays here that you two do a joint video about somewhere in Quartzite. Her presentations are great and you're an original master. 😎
I am on my 2nd year snowbirding solo. As much as I want to come to AZ, I don't seem to have the courage or better put, the lack of knowledge that would just throw caution out the window. I looked from FL to TX for a caravan going out there. It is still over 1600 miles from here. Oh well.
This is an unfair representation. You went too late. Should’ve checked the schedule and stopped by all week. It was a nice event w great volunteer speakers and some vendors. Tractor supply meets hippies and all went well. Would have been nice to see you out there. Next time.
I absolutely agree. You missing all the great stuff. I have been around since two years before RTR and many of the people I met back there were in the Nomadland movie with me. Next year, maybe you could come "during" the event and get to know our community in debth... not just a brief flyover. It was the BEST RTR yet! Sorry you missed out on all the good stuff.
Hey Russ how have you been? You had a busy summer and now back in Quartzsite. Enjoy the drone views. Didn't make it down this year but make plans for next year. Don't forget you owe me a ride in the Dusty Nugget. Stay safe and as always "Enjoy The Adventure." Later
Nice video, as always. Excellent drone footage. Sure looks busy this year. Hopefully everyone does well. Thats a nice ride through the back way. Ty. Be safe. 😊👍
Hello, I'm in New Year but I sure love your laugh and you'll enjoy it so much and I'm not able to anymore but I've travel all across the United States myself. Love your videos
Russ, this is Norm. My wife and I are up here in Oregon and soon to be Sno-Birders. I’ve got a few questions for you. Your Kawasaki Mule, is it the Diesel version or gas? Do you have a Brick and Mortar type home in Quartsite or RV? We are looking at buying a large lot above Bullhead and building a seasonal home with RV hookups to lease out spaces. Your thoughts? Thanks for all you do.
Hi Russ, I really enjoy your videos. I esp like all your drone footage. Sometime could you do a video on the rv parks in and close to Q. I am especially looking for parks with trees for shade. Would love some drone footage of them. Thanks Russ, see you next year...too late for this year from South Dakota.
Hey I was just wondering you are driving your ATV right,? Do you have to have a license to drive those on the road? I saw you just drove past the police car in that intersection just curious if you can just write them on the road without a license. Really appreciate your knowledge of all that goes on in the area.
Thx Russ. Your videos are great at giving the nuances of the places you visit. Have to look up what a "cooling center" is. I was intrigued by the drive around the parking lot at the RTR - it shows the rigs that the RTR folks are using. It made me want to take a survey - how many vans? How many minivans? Etc. Great videos!
Watergate Hotel....Russ may have innocently exposed a rendezvous of million dollar rigs in the Quartzite desert. Lol- No wait, that was Forrest Gump called the police in the movie about the flashing lights! I always wanted to write a best seller!
AS MUCH AS THOSE LITTLE THINGS YOU RUN AROUND ON BUT HAVE GUTLESS ENGINES LESS THAN EVEN A HARLEY DAVISON COST WISE 😂 I DON'T KNOW WHY PEOPLE JUST DON'T BUY A JEEP . D .A . G . BOULDER COLORADO USA .
I like your channel and the easygoing way you show the area.. but I am disheartened to hear you almost poo-pooing the RTR. It is a welcoming tribe that has and is helping those less fortunate than you or I. Did you know that HOWA (homes on wheels alliance) has given over a dozen minivans fully outfitted for camping/ living to some very needy and deserving folks? I say come to Quartzsite, take in the sun and the good times, but when it is time to give, remember HOWA and the RTR.
The RTR this year was awesome not to crowded and keeping the good spirit of helping the Nomadic community

Oh man ,I wish I were there this season!
Stuck in the snow up North😢
Another great video, thank you!🌷
I had a good time this year at Quartzsite. I stayed at Arizona Sun

We Love RVerTV - BEST TV ON TH-cam. Thank you Russ , RVerTV Keeps your Canadian Fans Warm Eh.

No way. Too crowded for me. Thanks for the tour Russ!
Thanks for supporting us vendors! (✌the tie chick in Row I 8) & a fan at the end of HI Jolly parade video 😊
Hey Russ!!! Any day "CRUISING" with the "DUSTY NUGGET" is a "GREAT DAY"!!!
Yes!
RUSS you are really buzzing around town! Love the Buggy!!!
Thanks, Russ, for another tour, always something different to see.
Nice little ride today. Thanks.

Lots of trucks go through on a regular basis.. So its probably not that hard to stock up..
I was told in prior years when the Canadian dollar was strong, Quartzsite ballooned to as many as two million visitors. It's dropped a bit since then.
Thank you, Russ! WOW!!!
Thank you for tagging us along your road trip.
Wish I was there 🌵🌵🌵 Thanks Russ for bringing Quartzsite to my living room 👍
Thank you for allowing the ride along. Wish I could be there.but being handicapped makes for a bit of a problem. When I was in the middle East I was beside.. oh well.. bless you my dear friend.. CLIff
Thanks for the video Russ, have fun.

I said something to blue van dan once! Haha did i say Once!
Keep up the good work, Russ! I am Rev. Mr. P.

My kind of weather .. no socks needed to be comfy! Brightened up my day.. thanks again for nice round about tour!
Hey Russ, thanks for taking us to check out the RTR. To 😎 Cool
Sell-A-Rama!! Yay!!! It's packed!!!

Dang that place is packed
Good to see the rv park(s) doing well. Makes up a little for the slow years. 🤑
Thanks for the great tips. Just started RVing and first time at Quartzsite.👍🏻😎

Nice video, thank you! Ron USA, PTL

You saw the volunteer lunch. and only half the volunteers showed. The RTR was very successful!

Virginia Beach 🏖 I Wish I was there.
Bob still don’t want you filming at his RTR, 😂
Seems ridiculous that Russ wouldn't video there actually to me. It's another event in the area. He always shares fair, honest info.
Bob's not that kind of guy.
@@Nic7320 Ok
@@Nic7320 just saying he wouldn’t let Russ film at the RTR, not what kind of guy he is
good afternoon
DO they still have a round trip bus to mexico to shop
Hello, I'm in New Year but I sure love your laugh and you'll enjoy it so much and I'm not able to anymore but I've travel all across the United States myself. Love your videos
Hi Russ, any chance of showing us some of the cool stuff the vendors are selling. 🇦🇺🇦🇺👍👍
Hey Russ, can you tell us what went on with Schooliepolluza up in Parker / Earp CA?
They didn’t have an event permit so they moved it from CA to AZ.

Howzit! I love being in Hawaii but it sure looks fun hangin out in the desert😎🤙
Hi, I was wondering how often they have those metal detector hunts?
I was wondering if the chamber of commerce or another location tells the story of the founding of Quartsite.
It would be interesting.
Central Blvd
It wasn't that big a deal. But, it accommodated the crowd.
I'd rather camp in the desert than an rv Park....

Sure Russ show everyone my "secret" way into the B-T-E. Now I'm going to be stuck in traffic from all your followers
I promise I wont us it just because its your secret. LOL
maybe Quartzsite needs a circular route like 465 in Indianapolis LOL
Kommiefornia kicked out the Skoolipaloosa group! They all moved over to Arizona
government land = We The Peoples Land (Tax Payers Land) is better term
give us a heads up when you go to hobos camp russ. . A subscriber can meet up with you there. Talk soon.
What's a Rubber tramp?
Google RTR 2022
"Welcome To The Jungle", I'm so glad we're in the Bahamas on our sailboat, no traffic, no stress, no worries......
Where do people go to camp if they want to see a dessert scene with plenty 0 cactuses ??
Quartzite is desolate
Plenty of saugauro and cholla cacti in the surrounding area.
As an east coaster the lake of tree shade seems horrible.

WHAT!!!!!!!!!??????????? you didn't interview the Grand Pooba Bob???????? I thought you and him where BFF"S!
Bob was there briefly the previous day.
