In this video we take a close look on a BMW E63 645Ci coupe. The car was made in Dingolfing, Germany in 2004. I also show the engine and the details of it, start it up and see how it sounds during acceleration. Several important and interesting information about the e63 specifications will be given in this video, such as powered steering wheel, power seats, The N62B44 engine features a 4.4 litre V8 producing 329 hp and 330 lb-ft of torque. Engine, Storage capacity, Brakes, Buttons and so on will be shown.

It's ageing really well, the drooping nose has become a popular look with modern cars, and the headlights can easily be updated with led's.

This got so much hate when it came out. Bought one two years ago and I love it. 630 with individual color malachite green and Champagne merino interior.
I have a 2006 630i Sport.. the E63/64 shape has matured really well.. becoming quite rare too. The 3L straight 6 N52 engine doesn’t quite have the same sound or power as the V8s, but it’s good enough for me to use as a daily.. it’s also a solid reliable engine..
I was 16 or 17yrs old when this car came out and I remember being blown away by its styling. It truly looked like nothing else on the road at the time, and to top things off my best friends dad bought the car in 2004 the year it came out. That summer his dad went away for two months and forgot to get his house key off my buddy... We ended up spending the entire summer in his half mansion with our girlfriends and friends partying by night and rolling around in the 6-series by day. Some of the best memories of my life.

BMW Guy Yeah it’s a great car. Personally I prefer the way it drives to the f-series 6’s, it’s lighter and handles tighter & sportier I find.
Just bought a convertible version of one of these. I still get compliments on the way it looks and women stare me down as I drive by lol. All my friends want to ride or drive it with the top down. That being said I had to spend $6,000 to repair the various oil leaks and valve stem seals, I also had a leak from my alternator bracket gasket which was another $1,000. So teens/college guys with part time jobs don't be fooled by the low buy in price. You will spend what you paid for it in repairs. The N62 engine is finnicky so beware if you don't have the money to repair it.
Would one with 82K miles rattle and shake when idle

This car design will never go out of style, if you keep up with its maintenance and detail, you csn compete with the newer models, i know because i still have mine 188k.....9years now.....brought used with 91k....
I was lucky to have this car for 6 years, i had until now 9 BMW, this one was by far the most beautiful car i had.
I bought 645Ci six months ago in good condition as Weekend drive and I love it. Lovely sound from V8 and takes lots of attention because it is very rare at the moment in UK.
I am thinking to get 650 convertiblesl as Third car.
Definately a head turner for sure! In the UK never seen one and i live close to Bristol City Centre. it's a design which holds up pretty nicely today

Fonzarelly Play reability is bad but you get alot of fun with it. V8 sound, fast and fun. Fuel consumption is terrible and be prepared to repair something every 2-3 months
@@fonzarellyplay370 actually if you maintain it and take care of it it will take care of you, get it serviced every few months or 5k miles. A lot of things you can actually do yourself. Don’t let people stop you from getting the car you want every car has problems and will eventually need money

I was working at a car detailing place in 2011 and one of these came thru and my job was drive it around the block into a car wash. The car was so nice I was debating stealing it but then I was like nah and just took a few selfies in it lol
I can understand, what it must have felt, I was able to try out my neighbours M6 in 2006 when it was 1 year old. (2005.07.) Silverstone interior, Black sapphire exterior, M6 Coupe.. What a car! Everything froze where it appeared in the city.

+Cosmin Capitaneanu thanks, it os not easy to get six series test videos, these are still expensive cars and if you are.not a car dealer , journalist, or have strong connnections its nearly impossible to get hands on these cars. I do have a 650i SMG friend.
Nice car! A friend of mine has a 2004 as well in black but with Supersprint exhaust, makes a great sound! Turns heads every time when we're cruising together, draws attention and gets more views at my E55 AMG as well, haha :D

Have you had many issues with this car? Thinking off getting one. The problem is, I can only drive weekends because of work. I heard the battery runs flat if you don't drive it all the time?
I have been owning it for almost 3 years,. Yes the battery did die on me in 2 years time. The ZF6HP26 automatic gearbox needs to be fefurbrished with the clutch. I've changed the oil/filter but it did not make much difference.
And of course engine seals have to be replaced. There is a puddle of oil on the bottom of engine compartment.
Apart from this it is a blast to drive this car. It attracts enormous attention, and pulls like a jet.
I have a question im not really good with cars can you help me what kind of oil i need to use?

@@sorinstefan8692 replace/ refurb CCC module. All go bad after a while. Heat kills its eletronics.

it's a very attractive car, I must say. I have an 05 645ci blk on blk, til this day I get alot of compliments, too keep it up too par, every now and then I'll give it a stock up grade, like redip the rims and replace minor wear and tear ....
I'm giving it M6 paket within 2 weeks.

I wish I can find an addictive too replimish the cracks and wear and tear on the leather seats..any suggestions? for an once upon time/$70, 000 car..they could of done better designing the peeling trims.....

Jason Nelson I've just begun replacing suspension parts namely; front shocks front wishbones, rear shocks springs.
the N62 Engine looses oil from every whole I guess, thats gonna be a big job. the undertray is full with oil contaminent.

Jason Nelson the torque converter needs to be replaced / repaired.
The engine is fine & powerful, later possible rubber O rings needs to be replaced because of oil spillage. Sometimes after startup light blue smoke forecasts possible valve stem replacement procedure.

Yes it was. The 14 year old rubber hardened to a plastic and the oil was sipping through.

+MoB We reballed the intel chips on the circuit board, but it will need passive cooling as well. Very sensitive and expensive to fix, but mine cost me 35 dollars to re wield.
