bhai i would recommend you use gtx 1660 super second hand that is around 10k maine just pc build kiya tha vo bhi sirf 27k mein aur mere paas 16gb ddr4 ram, i3 12100f, 550 w psu bronze,bahut mast chalta hai bas agar apko pc building ki achhi knowledge ho to 30k ke andar ek bahut achha pc build kar sakte hai aur then gtx 1660 super ko bechke ek rx 5700 xt lelo second hand market se around 15k joki even ps5 ko outperform kar deta hai balki ps5 50k ka ata hai lol 35K mein full setup ho jayega

yaar stock cooler on i5-10th gen isn't it gonna heatup alot and with rx 580 8gb there will be a little bit gpu bottle neck so i guess using a custom cooler with big heatsink
