There wouldn't be that big of a bottleneck to be honest. There is a small bit but it isn't that big deal.
But editing tho... It requires a lot of cpu power so it would probably bottleneck on that.

bro did it wrong in building you should never mix thermal paste of cpu coolers and cpu thermal paste if the thermal paste is same applied then no issue but if the stock pre applied thermal paste and using other thermal paste in applied in cpu will coz
It is also not a good idea to mix different thermal pastes unless you know they are chemically compatible. Additives in one paste may break down additives in the other, producing compounds that may degrade the paste.
tip for pc builders:
Regular 'rubbing' alcohol, often shown as 71% or less, doesn't remove thermal paste very well, it also contains other items, such as water, which could cause corrosion if not completely cleaned up. Rubbing alcohol designated 90% or higher can be used.
bruh he said if your cpu fan is new, then you dont need to apply, his was old and it was not there so he put it
@@seasonalboy I know 😊 I mean to tell you should clean first old thermal paste using iso propyl alcohol or else this will damage the pc or it will coz overheating but did you notice that he directly applied thermal paste without cleaning it for old if it is pre applied then no issues
instead you can use sanitizer to clean thermal paste it containes 96% isopropyl acohol
