I’m on a lease for an apartment that I really like. But I’m looking to take advantage of the low demand this summer and I want to buy a condo. Is there anyway I can make an offer to a seller, while telling them I’ll only close when I get someone to take over my lease?
Have you seen any change in the less affluent areas like the south and west sides of the city? I've been eyeing those area for gentrification before I invest there. Any rhetorical experience or hard data to support this idea?
These are not areas I work. I can say I have seen prices go up over here recently. But the ins and out of what's happening in each neighborhood, I couldn't comment on.

no but you can do a close and get someone to sublease your place. We have people who can help with that and do it every week.
