As an Astralis fanboy, it's a little sad to see my team lose 2-0 to ENCE But as a CS:GO fan, I couldn't be happier. This is what the scene wants. To be competetive. To be ever changing. To be unpredictable. This is what pushes Astralis to improve, to know that they can always, ALWAYS get better.
As an Astralis fan I lowkey want them to be punished for their recent forms, their teamwork isn't as good as it was in 2018. Perhaps they lost the drive to win and ENCE at the same time gained a lot of confidence and discipline just like 2018 Astralis.
Ence's power level is tied to their opponet's power level. That is the only explanation on why ence throws low tier online games but performs well on big stages.

I don't think it's the begining of a downfall. They won a major this year and a blast pro series too. I thinks it keeps you humble when you lose sometimes and it helps you to rethink the strategy. Also think about the fact, the they always play their own game, but the opponent arrange their game by theirs, by their weeknesses. It's hard to remain at the same level everytime when no one focuses on the win, but to beat astralis.
