Cps took my baby two days after I had her and it was illegal as hell but I got her back exactly a week later. I want to sue California cps and the hospital
This is what I did. And it worked. I signed a temporary guardianship (that I got notorized). They checked out the person I gave temporary guardianship too and closed my case. I did this right when my baby was born. The cps said she didn’t like the way I did it because I could get my baby back whenever I wanted. It’s like a loop hole in the system or something but ps closed my case and I now have my baby back with no cps case.
Hi did u sign a care plan? I haven't yet but they want me to, do the person have to be there that your giving temporary guardianship to and do u have to have a custody order before you give temporary guardianship to someone?
@@tiafields signing temporary custody to someone else makes it so that CPS can't have a case against you. They can't because you have temporarily given custody of the child (children) to someone else.

I had my children taken away too and it all happened so fast. They told me I had to sign paperwork to let them go with a family member and if I didn't sign it they'd go straight to foster care. But I'm pretty sure I just signed my rights away. They told me if I followed everything I'd get them back in 2-6 months. I drug tested 3 times a week. Did substance abuse treatment, had to see a psychologist, took parenting classes and before I know it it had been a year. I kind of gave up at that point. Stay strong, don't give up and know your rights. I missed out on so much of my kids lives because I did have a drug problem but my kids always had everything they needed, I never even spanked them and most importantly I loved them and would never let anything happen to them. It totally traumatized my kids and I can never get that time back. I can never forgive myself for my mistakes. Judge gave them to dad who receives SSI for being crazy, has never worked, and has multiple domestic violence cases against me, other women, and even our oldest son. Oh and he does a lot of drugs. It's so hard once you get in that situation and I didn't even want to go on. I have more rights now but still not full custody where they should be. Good luck to you
That’s what happened to me , the case worker lie to the judge to get the order sign so she told the judge that the baby was in danger when in reality the baby was safe in my house, I’m the maternal grandmother and I was with the baby since she was 15 days old and when the baby had the bruises that’s when the baby was with mother and boyfriend so the worker told the judge that the baby was in danger so a day before they took the baby she had taken pictures of the baby and she told me that she look perfectly fine, now the baby is in foster care and I love my granddaughter and I miss her so much and I’m always worried thinking how they treating her , now I have a lawyer and I don’t understand why my lawyer is not saying anything about that, I’m wondering if we can do something about the worker removing the baby by lying.
I’m in a similar situation. I’m paternal grandma and both parents are disabled. The mother had major attachment disorder and my son is autistic. I’ve caretaked the baby since three days old. Baby is 11 months old now.During covid the hospital called me to come help my son. He has unmonitored visitation her mother has to supervise her for safety. Problem is she stepped into picture when baby was 5 months old. After my son took the mother to visit family and he was setup on domestic violence in that state. How convenient he was listed as primary parent I was still kinship care. Now social worker has me traveling the baby half way every weekend to meet other grandma. Gal has spoke against this due to her bond with my son and me. And I ask if she couldn’t take care of her daughter which is severely disabled (due to traumatic brain injury)? How can the maternal grandma take care of her daughter and the baby. The baby goes 600 miles every weekend she is exhausted mentally and physically. It’s abuse at its finest. CPS switched FSS companies after the mother moved away. I mentioned this in last court hearing to judge and she put in order they needed to be more transparent to my son why they switched companies. They still won’t tell the reason. Now it’s coming together they are not pushing reunification they are wanting to give maternal grandmother guardianship. I seen an email to gal wanting this to happen. I’m lawyered up now. Still wondering if I will get proper representation due to this corruption cause it’s made it hard to trust anyone. Court is coming this week. Please everyone pray for my grand baby.
Nope!! I had the same thing happened!! I proved all three lied and Master Harris pointed to all three of them and asked if all three of them wanted to spend the night in jail! One of them came and apologized to me that evening the other quick and the third one Kelly the supervisor is still working for Saint Mary’s County Department of Social Services!😡

my children were moved from town to Town School to school every 6 months with the same abusive Foster mother she never reported before she was going to move or that she did move I wouldn't find out until the visit that she had moved and then I believe the social worker was sent to another area put on leave something at least they said that he was this was years ago because he used to cover up like he already knew like she had informed him before but no one had ever informed to me and I'm the mother she went so far to put my children in separate schools everything that has ever been done was illegal at the time they were doing it their new rules may have changed years later but everything they did to my family at the time they did it to my family it was not within their legal right to do so
Is it professional for ur social worker to laugh at u and say it's not always gonna be a social worker and next day take ur kid. Then in court I get told the social worker isn't my social worker anymore that I had a new one but the next court day I find out she was questing my child that she took place with her big brother that lives at fortbagg and in court say I was having inappropriate talks with my kid smashing dss afterwards I found out that my kid was telling that social worker that she took her from her mommy and daddy for no reason and that social worker twisted things and it seem like the sister in law told her I was having inappropriate talks with my kid

My attorney as well as my husband's attorney both stated in the detention hearing that there was not ebough evidence in the investigation, plus the so called domestic violence incident happened in a whole other state. How do I get my family back together? My husband and children altogether back in one home how we were for all these 6 years?
I'm currently staying with my mother and the children due to the children being very young in age (6, 4, 2, 8mon (breastfeeding the 8mon)). Oh and they detained my children with excessive amount of police officers, it was very scary for me and my children, and the social worker said she had a Warren that she never gave me.

My babies were hiding in the closet and terrified. i am working on getting them back. it's so messed up as i'm a very good mama and we are very close.
Would a court report or two submitted by the Child Welfare Services Social Worker with multiple false disclosures which can be proved via video be perjury and to what level. How if at all could someone pursue criminal charges
Should you discuss previously court-ordered expunged unfound cases if the social worker wants you to because they dont have burden of proof against you and are grasping at straws? is it considered obstruction if you only mentioned it was court ordered expunged and decide not to discuss it further because it is not directly related to the allegations (and you can already prove they lied and are twisting statements)?

She has betrayed me..It’s against the law she is making seem like it’s my fault my son and I could got killed!

I called and they said they’d call me back in one day and they didn’t but I think he’s just a busy guy lol I think someone still gives u advice if u can it just isn’t gonna always be him . That’s just my assumption based off of what I was told when I called .
His office contacted me but because my case was in West Virginia it was going to be upwards of 20,000, but he seems to be one of the only real attorneys out there that will stand up against CPS

Do not sign the care plan.
