    The definitely didn't invent the waterproof watch or the automatic movement. They just introduced the names "oyster" and "perpetual" to describe them. And this might be the first video to use the word "creativity" to describe anything related to a Rolex watch ;)

      Yes, any additional function is called a complication. The date wheel is a complication. The Day indicator is a complication. The GMT hand is a complication. The annual calendar is a complication. The chronograph is a complication.

      @bloodymarvelous4790 Its anything to do with the watch. beyond telling time. A calander, tourbillon, ect. Anything not to do with time. Thats why it made sense to me. Thanks

    It doesn’t take a year to make a Rolex, certainly not all of them . The ‘rainbow’ bezel models might take a long time to assemble the specific jewel colors, but out side of those very, very limited models, I doubt if testing included it takes more than a month - and much of that would be the time sending them out to get COSC certified as a chronometer.
