Cuando era muy joven con mi difunto padre vendiamos rodamoentos a bolas y rodillos,e incluso mi padre con un amigo hacia rodanmentos grandes,de doble hilera de bolillas especiales,tenia su patente inclusive,hasta que la situacion del pais se desmadro. Hay muchas marcas:SKF RHP NTN STEYR FAG TIMKEN FEDERAL(cojinete de empuje de embrague) y muchas marcas mas. SKF tiene normas muy estrictas:Los rodamientos cono y cubeta por ejemplo:un cono fabricado en Suecia tiene que hermanarse con una cubeta fabricado en argentina.cuando estuve en la Planta de Tortuguitas 25 años atras,las bolillas utilizadas eran grado 5 (0,000005pulg) de esfericidad.algo asi como 0,000127mm de error respecto de la esfericidad perfecta.Hoy dia estan trabajando con grado 1 el equivalente a 0,0000254mm de error en su esfericidad.las esferas(bolillas son practicamente perfectas).depende mas de la calidad de los materiales que se usan. en las bolillas se usa el acero Aisi 52100 con una dureza Hrc de 63. Despues,por logica,y dependiendo de la calidad y precio,hay muchas variedades.

la tenemos y es SKF argentina km 35 ruta 8 Tortuguitas. Es una planta enorme,gabrica mas de 9 millones de rodamientos anuales,de una sola medida.l El caballito de batalla el 6203.Los recursos humanos estan,si la planta no funciona adecuadamente es mas por problemas politicos.

Enjoyed but would have been nice to see how they do the long bearings. I've never seen how they do those and there are a lot of this kind of bearing videos out there but haven't seen one that shows how they do those kinds

Think what you mean are roller bearings where it rolls on cylinders not balls.

As nice as it is to see how they make bearing, what I'd like to see is how are CNC machines made. How are the machines that make the bearings, or the screws or nails made That, I think, would be very interesting. .

the inner race is held to one side. the balls are all dropped into the gap. then they are evenly separated and held in place by a cage.
SJ Dawson have you ever tried to take a bearing apart ? It's impossible without destroying it ...

The inner race is held off center, all the balls are inserted together and the inner race is recentered. Then the balls get equally spaced and the cage is installed.

Aveces no puedes extraer el rodamiento y toca desarmarlo sacando las bolas a golpes y así después extraer el aro interior que va al eje y el exterior ....solo por eso .....
