Wait, did you say it's not on bushings? WTH? And bead blasted!? And 6061!? Sorry dude those are all deal breakers for me personally. The dual tone is nice looking though.
Yeah same here. Squid is the top balisong company. This is so completely unacceptable to not have bushings at that price point, from the top dogs. Most clones have bushings nowadays, why cant the top company do it? Its such a small thing that just gets on my nerves and bothers me so much
Yea still washers still 6061 and bead blasted they added some stuff but not all the stuff they should have altho the blade is hardened now so maybe four years from now they will add bushings
cry about it and pay the 400$ for a madko then

@@Lycan_blades your right, but adding bushings would just make it a dookie madko, and for a higher cost than it already is, which is already around the cost for an armed shark madko clone
the mako balance is so good but im not planning on getting another because thats unnecessary

Hello, I don’t know if this is a good Balisong to have my first and only one right now, but I have a nabalis canon it’s only a little bit beat up, but it has tap and play
huh that's weird, I don't have one, but I hear a lot of good things about the tolerances, you probably have an undersized bushing, the Buffness has a good video on how to tune, but you'd have to use a backup bushing, because you can't tune an undersized bushing. there are also other good videos out there. make sure you know EVERYTHING before you attempt to tune, because if you mess up youre out another bushing
@@OilyBalisong it doesn’t run on bushings. It runs on washers and I got tap and play within about a month to be fair. I do flip quite often.

I’ve got a question: in the video you mentioned that you oil every new balisong you get, but I’ve been told that doing that to a brand new balisong can cause a reaction with the oil from the factory depending on what oil was originally used. What is your opinion on this?

I’m actually not sure, I don’t think it should matter too much. mixing lubricants for the most part is ok
@@DwokaWoodworks I think that advice might’ve been for loctite not oil, I heard something very similar for loctite
