I'm saying this not because she's my Kababayan but from a viewer's point of view. The way she deliver this introduction content was really nice to watch more over to hear. I will honestly and definitely will watch her other videos.

Ireland is a small country. There are slight price differences in home rents and sales throughout various areas of the country. This usually relates to how close the home is to the nearest city or town and/or the availibility of public transport. Taxes, utility charges, fuel, home heating (for 9 months!), food, clothing, commuting, healthcare, childcare and the general cost of living is similar throughout the country. In other words Ireland is a VERY expensive place in which to live so make sure you negotiate a high salary (by Irish standards) before thinking of living there. 👍 Edit: I should have also mentioned the chronic shortage of available housing! ! Currently, with the influx of so many unfortunate Ukrainian refugees (100k expected) accommodation is already under severe strain (including hotels) , so be sure to secure your accommodation before you even think of moving. Hope that helps.

Hi! I use iphone 12 pro max in recording my videos, but sometimes, I use a sony camera. I prefer the iphone because it's easier. :) For editing, I use DaVinci. :)

Hi Lyka! Congratulations to your husband! It’s easy to spot one, you shouldn’t be paying any agency to find you job here. If they do, that’s a major red flag. In order to process work permit, you should already have a job offer from your sponsor employer. If he has an offer already, his employer will shoulder all the expenses to process his permit and visa. Yup, need na red ribbon yung documents mo. IELTS, depends on the job role. Accountants don’t normally need it, but the nurses do.
