3)if you like unexpected twists then watch it.... gintama fans will understand this one. 🤣
4)best swordfights i have ever seen in anime. No flashes or powers coming out from swords ....just pure swordsmanship...oh and a BLOODBATH.
5) you do not skip gintama op...you never know what you might miss.
6)if you love joseph joestar....
7)i watched gintama first and then Jojo...so I love joseph all the more
8)one piece is no1 for me ....due to many many reasons...but gintama is always no.2. even aot is at no3
9)if you want peak comedy
10) if you want gaara,akaza,akainu, jiraiya, orochimaru ,joseph,zoro,Al (FMA) in one anime
11)if you love Naruto one piece ASSASSINATION CLASSROOM,Jojo,and other shonen animes
12)when gintama gets serious....it means business
13)MC is not some cliche MC with "i want to get stronger and stronger" or "I will never give up" or "hardwork is my strength" or "can I even do this" type MC....he is different.
14)you will crave for MC's backstory and when you will get it you won't be able to stop crying.
15)the most unique anime i have ever seen....even one piece can't beat gintama in uniqueness
16)There are only 2 anime swordsmen i respect: guts and gintoki
And to my Surprise zoro gets more recognition in swordsmen while gintoki is heavily heavily underrated.
17) the females in this series are not cliche females (with humongous proportions....yk what I'm talkin about) they are what you call "beautiful" and "pretty" and "strong".
E.g. my girl tsukii and kouka
Just watch till BENIZAKURA arc and then try to stop Yourself from watching more.

@@kinggilgamesh875 rightttt!! i was looking for a comedy at that time as well and found Gintama. i only expected funny shit and after finishing it, it became my favorite.
people dropping Gintama's mistakes is that they expect that everything about Gintama is cool action scenes just because they saw some cool fighting videos/spoilers😂
