    I'm a bit late to chime in, so you probably learned by now, but the Hustler Hyperdrive mowers for 2023 have 26" tires too. That's apparently new for 2023. Previous were 24".

    Little behind on finding your videos. I share both occupations with you and know what it is like to have the stresses of both. I'm in the mountains of Virginia and am getting ready to putchase 2 new mowers, but am having trouble deciding between rhe ZXL and rhe ZXT. What's your experience like on hills with this mower? I watched the video and saw what you said, but just curious about how steep the slopes are that you're mowing around your service area compared to some that I might be on. There's a pretty significant price gap between the two and I'm definitely wanting to make the right decision. We mow a mix of large and small properties with a variety of terrain and currently run a ZK stander, Exmark and Kubota ZTRs, and Exmark walk behinds and don't have any real issues with them on slopes. Almost 100% committed to changing the fleet to Wright at this point based on service and performance.

    Did you ever consider a diesel for less fuel consumption since you mow a bunch of yards. Excellent video.

    Thing looks like a beast. I used to mow with a big toro that had 5 decks(forget the model) it had a seat like that with adjustable suspension, loved that seat. You really can sit back and cruise all day.

    Great vid and that is a beast, very cool machine!👍😃. Have you had any experience with Cub cadet Z7 Pro 72. We dont get many different brands of Zero Turn mowers in my country... its either Husqvarna, Ariens or Toro. Have a 2021 Ariens Apex 52 and one 2022 Ariens Zenith 60 myself, to use on my 5 acres small farm. But thinking of selling the Apex and buying a Cub Cadet Z7. Cheers and all the best from new Subs from Norway 🙋‍♂️

      @@jerrydespaltro4023 hey there. Yes, in the upright position it rattled. I moved it to the middle position like you see on mine and it stopped. I don’t want it all the way down because it still offers a little bit of protection in the halfway position.

    Nice. Love those fat tires, too. I'm not fond of the Kendas on my Exmark 60. The turf savers or whatever I bought for my old Gravely on Amazon held hills way better. And when I buy new ones, I'm gonna see if I can increase the size a bit.....
    What about scalping and rutting on your 72?

    • @mithgo_outdoor
      @mithgo_outdoor  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      As with any larger deck, scalping can be an issue if not careful. I've been running one for so long I'm very familiar with it so I never have any issues with scalping. Time in the saddle is all it takes.

      @@DavidLBrown-rm2mm I had the pleasure of meeting Ed Wright at the 2019 GIE. My local Wright rep introduced me. Super nice down to earth guy. You’d never know that he actually owns the company. My next mower will be a 72” Wright ZXT. We have picked up several large properties that pay well and I need to up our productivity next year. My rep said Ed Wright is just a phone call away if I ever had any issues.
